Nice, comfortable condo for 2 right on the beach. Easy beach access only one floor up from the entrance and the elevator and stairs are right outside the door.
They even had an air show when we were there.

TrÚs bel emplacement au pied de plage vraiment trÚs beau et propre à l intérieur.Décoration soignée moderne.Bémol pas de tv de la semaine elle n a jamais fonctionnée et pas de wifi donc compliqué avec un ado.

Appartement trĂšs moderne avec une vue incroyable sur la mer.La communication avec Sabine et Nadine a Ă©tĂ© excellente, tout comme la propretĂ© et l’état de l’appartement. SituĂ© directement sur la plage, avec de nombreux restaurants et le centre-ville Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate. Le balcon est Ă  l’ombre Ă  partir de midi, ce qui permet de s’y installer confortablement. Nadine Ă©tait toujours joignable en cas de questions.Nous nous sommes sentis trĂšs bien. Merci pour tout.Famille Richter.

Appartement face a la mer

Accueil parfait, Nadine est chaleureuse, sympathique et trÚs professionnelle. L appartement est situé au premier étage face à la mer. La vue est imprenable et l appartement situé à proximité du centre et des commerces. Propreté impeccable, literie tres confortable, et cuisine bien équipée. Parking payant tout proche. Le seul bemol est l absence de wifi et la 4G qui fonctionne mal. Pour le reste c était tres bien, nous recommandons!

TrÚs bon séjour!

Ce mois d’aoĂ»t nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cet appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© (a 10m de la plage, Ă  100m ou moins de boutiques alimentation, restaurants, Glaces, 9min Ă  pied du centre
) et trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©! La remise des clĂ©s et le mĂ©nage sont assurĂ©s par Nadine qui est aux petits ognons avec les locataires (Ne prĂ©voyez rien de superflu avant votre arrivĂ©e car le nĂ©cessaire a l’entretien et tous les condiments sont sur place) et elle rĂ©agi au moindre problĂšme. Dommage les draps et les serviettes sont en location au prix de 70 euros ce qui est un peu cher en cas de court sĂ©jour.

Un vrai régal

La vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. (On ne peut se lasser de contempler la mer a perte de vue) L’appartement est extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©. C’est simple rien ne manque. Les personnes s’occupant de l’appartement sont particuliĂšrement sympathiques. Un formidable sĂ©jour et une location hautement recommandable. Merci!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 enfants. L'appartement est idéalement placé, avec une vue magnifique, trÚs propre et bien équipé. Super accueil de Nadine dans la bonne humeur et trÚs arrangeante pour l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Un séjour incroyable

Vue imprenable

Nous avons passĂ© 3 jours Ă  Palavas les flots dans cet appartement avec vue imprenable et idĂ©alement situĂ© avec absolument tout Ă  cĂŽtĂ© ( restaurant,plage, boulangerie, centre ville ect...) idĂ©al pour les balades. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement bien accueilli par Nadine qui a fait preuve de beaucoup de bienveillance et de gentillesse Ă  notre Ă©gard! Une personne trĂšs humaine ! Sehr schöne, helle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit direkter Strandlage und Meerblick. Sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, GeschirrspĂŒler und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ausstattung fĂŒr den Strand (Sonnenschirm und Liege) steht ebenfalls zur VerfĂŒgung. Bushaltestelle in direkter NĂ€he, Gastronomie sowie GeschĂ€fte fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf in kurzer Entfernung. Sehr netter Empfang und tolle Betreuung durch die Verwalterin! Ein perfekter Urlaub.
