Ti Cairn is a family home that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Ideally located, the house has all the necessary comfort for your holidays: linen provided, WiFi, 4 beautiful bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor, beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen, garden of 400 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

Located in a quiet street, 500 meters from the Place de l'Eglise de Moëlan, the house of 105 m² is arranged as follows:
- On the ground floor, you will find a living room of 30 m² with an equipped kitchen (hotplates, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher), a bedroom separated from the living room by a sliding partition, a bathroom and toilets.
- Upstairs, you have 3 double bedrooms including the master bedroom with Queen Size bed and a shower room with toilet. In front of the house you can enjoy the south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs as well as the enclosed garden of more than 400 m².

House located in a quiet street, you will have access on foot to the shops and the lively weekly market of Moëlan sur Mer.
The house is ideally located less than 15 minutes from various beaches, the charming little ports of Moëlan and the surrounding area.
You will also be 20 min from the famous painters village of Pont-Aven, 30 min from Lorient, etc. . .

Ti Cairn "Mit wenig Aufwand kann man das Haus deutlich aufwerten. Für über 3.000€ erwartet man ein definitiv ein sauberes Haus ohn 🙂 Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, in einer Nebenstraße. Die Terrasse ist groß und hat genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Moëlan-sur-mer bietet viel: einen tollen Wochenmarkt, Bäckereien. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer und zu den schönen Stränden. 🙁 Insgesamt war das Haus nicht sauber. Wir haben u.a. Haare und Dreck der Vormieter o.a. gefunden. Das geht gar nicht!! Als Beispiel: die Kaffeemaschine war voller Staub, der Wasserkocher klebrig. Die Decken in einem Schlafzimmer waren voller Dreck und Haare, so dass unser Sohn allergische Probleme bekommen hat. Es wirkte, als wäre das Haus lange nicht mehr bewohnt gewesen. Das äußerte sich auch in einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch in den beiden Bädern. Es roch extrem nach fauligem Abwasser. Dieser Geruch hat sich mit unserer Benutzung etwas verflüchtigt, kam aber immer wieder zurück. Die beiden Duschen haben deutliche Schimmelspuren. Die Küche ist so lala ausgestattet. Es fehlen richtige Messer, Salatbesteck und auch die diversen Pfannen haben schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Für 6-8 Personen im Haus sind die Töpfe und Schüsseln definitiv zu klein. Es gab keinen Handtuchwechsel."

Une belle location qui meriterait un peu plus de soin

la maison est conforme a la description en terme de composition et de surface. Bien située prêts des commerces qui peuvent se rejoindre à pieds. La propreté est n'est pas forcement le fort de cette maison .Pour un prix de 1342 € pour une semaine on pouvait espérer mieux... Frigo souillé à notre arrivée que nous avons du re nettoyer, nettoyage plus que sommaire de la plaque de cuisson etc. Présence de toiles d araignée dans les angles des murs et toilettes du rdc dans un état vétuste notamment les murs . la terrasse bien que d'une belle superficie et d une belle exposition est décevante quant au mobilier: les fauteuils dont les boiseries sont plus que vieillissantes manquaient de coussins et le peu qui restait était dans un état plus que crasseux( cela est très bien dissimulé sur la photo de l annonce) le jardin devant ou derrière la maison, pourrait avoir plus de charme si l ensemble n'était pas laissé a l abandon , envahi par les mauvaises herbes. nous avons apprécié la cuisine aménagé très complète en terme de vaisselles et de batterie de cuisine les chambres spacieuses, le confort du couchage et les salles de bains bien agencées et qualitatives

Ti Cairn "Geräumiges Ferienhaus in idealer Lage zur Erkundung der Südbretagne 🙂 Wir haben mit 4 Personen dort gewohnt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Lage in Moelan ist ruhig und man hat im Ort einen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und samstags einen Markt. Man kann von dort sehr gut Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung in der Südbretagne machen. Eric, der das Haus zusammen mit seiner Frau betreut ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten ein Problem mit der Stromversorgung und er hat das sehr schnell und gut gelöst. 🙁 Manche Räume und Teile der Ausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Auffrischung gebrauchen."

La maison est grande fonctionnelle il y a un beau jardin une belle terrasse par contre la salle de bain aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement il y a une odeur désagréable on a beau ouvrir tous les jours mais rien n y fait un petit coup de propre en dessous les sanitaires serait utile

Maison très confortable et bien située.

Je recommande cette maison où il y a tout le confort. Très bien située on peut aller à pied dans les commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueilli.

Ti Cairn Grande maison très agréable pour les familles. Les lits sont très confortables, la maison est bien équipée et la cour est super, avec son coin terrasse et son coin jardin où les enfants peuvent courir tranquilles! Située à quelques minutes de marche du centre du village, de l'épicerie et de deux boulangeries, c'est une maison bien située pour ensuite rayonner dans la région. On a passé un très beau séjour et on n'hésitera pas à y retourner!
