Beautiful 46 m2 apartment completely renovated and new, comfortable for 4 people on the 4th floor in a quiet guarded residence with lift.
Near Hippodrome, Tennis Club, Equestrian Center, Public Golf, 700 m from the Beach, Thalasso, 800 m from the Casino, downtown, Golf Club.
Entrance with cupboard, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
Living room with TV, DVD player and VCR, lounge area with beautiful view of the city, fully equipped open kitchen (pyrolysis oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster ... etc)
Separate bedroom with a 160x200 bed with walk-in closet, travel cot available (baby sheet required)
Alcove with 2 bunk beds 90 * 200 with dressing room.

Bon Séjour dans l'ensemble

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, bel appartement, très clair, avec une belle vue, bien équipé et situé à une distance permettant d'aller à la plage ou au centre ville à pied. Très fonctionnel. Petits bémols à signaler cependant : L’accueil par la personne "contact" s'est fait par un simple SMS (à l'arrivée et au départ), ce qui fait perdre du temps pour trouver la bonne résidence, l'emplacement du parking (quand on ne sait pas ou est hippodrome), l'emplacement ou ce situe la boite à clef et son fonctionnement. TV: mauvaise réception de certaines chaines et le bouton son de la télécommande dysfonctionne pour le son (à l'allumage la TV hurlait et a été difficile à régler. Penser à changer la télécommande). Le partage de la 4G n'a pas fonctionné, donc aucune connexion possible malgré l'affirmation.

Logement très bien équipé, très propre.A proximité du centre ville, on peut tout faire à pied. Nous sommes très contents et si nous revenons à Cabourg , nous re-louerons ce logement sans hesiter.

All perfect

Very helpful landlords, easy communication, new equipment and furniture, a lot of light in the apartment but does not get hot on sunny days, spacious view. We rented bikes to go to the beach and town center. We did not use the underground garage, but there was always parking available (no fee) next to the residence.
