7 Springs - Luxury Southwind Ski-in Ski-Out Mountaintop Townhouse

Come have a wonderful vacation in a beautiful mountaintop townhouse located on Seven Springs Resort property! Perfect location for year-round fun and activities!!

Luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bath, ski-in ski-out townhouse at Seven Springs newest mountaintop community: SOUTHWIND AT LAKE TAHOE. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms featuring 3 king size beds and one queen size bed. One of the king size bedrooms also has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The interior unit has 2,400 square feet of living space with two stone fireplaces from floor to ceiling. It is located directly on the private Southwind community ski trail and lift. Ski down to the lodge at Seven Springs and access the entire mountain. Then ride the lift conveniently back to your unit. The unit is located close to the Southwind pool and hot tub which is wonderful during the summer months. The townhouse has high-speed wireless internet, six TV's (most are new 4K Samsung sets) with ALL of the premium movie channels, two DVD players, a gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and hardwood floors. Natural gas fireplaces are located in the main level living room and the downstairs family room. There is a heated one-car garage and a gas grill on the expanded main level deck which seats 12. The unit has central heat and air and sleeps 11 comfortably. The lower level has a family room with a soothing fireplace, custom bar, custom ski changing/storage area, a large private bedroom that sleeps five and a full bathroom. The townhouse is luxuriously furnished.

Family Winter Vacay

The property was very comfortable. Lots of room and located next to the Southwind ski lift. The owner has been extremely helpful in locating a lost item and communication is good!

Great Townhome at Seven Springs!

In a nutshell: this townhome is perfect for ski at Seven Springs! It is located centrally atop the mountain just a short ski distance from the main lift, and has excellent ski in/ski out advantage. Our children are young skiers but were easily able to navigate the trails near the townhome.The townhome was immaculate with no issues and had everything and anything you could possibly need. The neighborhood was quiet and the complimentary shuttle was fast and efficient.Brian, the owner, was very communicative before our trip regarding any issues i.e the community lift not operating. However, that did not change the ski in/ski out status of the location, as there are many easy ways to get to and from the mountain!Would love to be back to this townhome in the future and highly recommend!

Ski Weekend

We had a lovely time at this ski in ski out condo! The unit was extremely clean, the check in process was easy and location was great. The beds were comfy and the living area was very cozy. It was decorated for the holiday too which made our stay even more enjoyable. We plan to come back!

Summer getaway in 7 Springs

Had a great time with some old friends exploring the resort's summer activities, and the area's surrounding attractions (i.e., Falling water, Ohio Pyle). The rental was as advertised, and we all enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place

Clean and comfortable spaces, nice firm beds, and a large deck made this home a really enjoyable experience! The living/dining room was compact but well laid out, and the bathrooms were immaculate. Brian was great and responded quickly to messages.

Perfect ski in and out

Brian’s home away from home is more than that. Two complete living rooms on main floor and downstairs. Lovely fireplaces, downstairs area for skis, boots with outdoor accessibility to ski in and out right in front of your back porch. Balcony areas are huge and ground level Has a large table and plenty of seating. Kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of room for seating also. Bedrooms are big and beautifully decorated.

Family Ski Trip

Great spot at the top of the mountain! The ski in / ski out was a huge help with teens wanting to night ski but parents ready to call it quits earlier. We were able to come home for lunch and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfy and there was all the things you would need in the kitchen. We had a great stay and will come back again. Also the inside garage parking was wonderful as it allowed us to park two cars at the unit. Thank you.

Exceptional stay!

The home was tastefully decorated and may just be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Loved little details like the ski drop zone in the basement, sleds in the closet and the espresso machine in the kitchen. The view from the owner’s suite balcony was perfect for capturing sunrises. There wasn’t quite enough snow for the ski in/out feature, and the lift just outside the door was not running, but it was still a wonderful convenience and just a short walk to ski down to the lodge. Exceptional stay!

Best vacation rental

Came to visit our daughter in Pittsburgh for Christmas. Decided to spend it at Seven Springs and do a little bit of skiing. We had never been before. Despite only a few runs being open it was a perfect holiday get away. The unit was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The Christmas decorations were perfect! Highly recommend this unit for any trip to Seven Springs!!

Excellent Property, Prime Location

What a phenomenal property in just the right location. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and decorated beautifully. Extremely comfortable accommodations. It feels like a home away from home as soon as you walk in the door. Would absolutely stay here again. Communication with the owner was very responsive and helpful.
