With regard to the pool temperature, whilst you had very good weather we had unseasonal weather the week before and it does take time for the water to reheat. We are sorry that during your third week you were disturbed by noise from a child staying at the neighbouring property. Whilst the two detached houses each have their own gardens, pools, driveways and entrances, sharing only the gate, and with the pools around 60 metres apart on separate levels, we appreciate that even distant noise can occasionally interrupt the peace. We are also sorry that the cleaning did not fully meet your expectations. This is unusual for the property, but we will discuss your comments with the owner to ensure standards remain high.
