Facility was clean. perfect for a short stay. Wish the unit was a little larger but good for just the 2 of us. The pool and fishing dock were the best part. Beautiful view and actually caught fish in canal

Perfect for 4 people, the kitchen and restroom are nice. The pool area is really nice as well. We really liked the pier that we had access to from the property. Looking forward to another stay!

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed and cold AC. Very close to beach. Clean pool. A value for the cost. Excellent comunicstion with host. Only suggestion would be to have some type of air freshener in the room. I think it is very hard to keep an ocean side unit not smelling mildewey. Other than that...it was a very pleasant stay.

Water front, safe area, very clean studio apartment

We enjoyed three weeks at this property in February 2023… Check in was easy ~ text contact with support team was very easy ~ it was a safe area. The apartment was very clean and ready for us the minute we walked in… Thank you for helping us Have a great time on Padre Island.!

I’d like the closest you are from the beach , that it has a decent shared pool on site . Very quite , perfect for couples is a small unit . .loved the location.

Great location & price

For the price this unit is hard to beat. I enjoy the fishing dock and being so close to the beach. The bathroom was remodeled and is very nice. I would suggest if you were staying for a length of time and plan on cooking to bring your own pans and utensils. I was also disappointed that they didn’t offer early check-in.

The cleanliness they have planning out of towels we had the pool all to ourselves, and the view outside by the pool is very calm and relaxing There were no issues except for one small detail. The light switch will not turn off unless you turn off the switch on the wall and that turns off the ceiling fan as well. We wanted to keep the fan on but without the light at night and that did not work so we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to have some airflow but without the light so we could sleep other than that everything else was super awesome. The lightbulbs were put back on before we left in the morning.

Very quiet and close to beach

We absolutely loved this place except for a few issues the main one being trash cans full in the pool area that smelled like something died in them and was there our entire stay so using the pool was not really an option unfortunately. The other things were minor! We absolutely loved our room it was very clean and well stocked of linens, towels and kitchen cookware. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

We enjoyed ourselves

It was great we really enjoyed ourselves it was clean and we fished at night altho we didnt catch much with the shrimp we had we did catch some small fish the pool was awesome at night there was a private laundry room in the pool area which i loved but i wish they had a change machine i do love a good coin operated machine i hate using my card for everything i dont trust it anyways we had an assigned parking spot which i didnt mind whatsoever the back patio was nice to hang out in and just chat and enjoy the breeze before bed the bathroom was nice the bed was comfy props on the pillows they were very fluffy and the ac definitely works all in all we had a great stay and chances are we will recommend and be back

You get what you pay for.

Overall, great stay outside of the condo looking dingy but the inside of the condo made up for it.The only issue was communication with the owners was not up to par by any means. Tried to get in contact with somebody tied to the rental numerous times and never got a response back. Other than that we had a great time.MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE COMPANIES APP.literally didn’t have the check in instructions until other reviews told us what to do to check in and out.
