Quaint, safe, & peaceful!

Phenomenal stay! We are ready to return as soon as possible. Thank you for providing everything needed for a comfortable stay and going out of your way to assist with boat & trailer accommodations. Mystic Harbor is definitely going to be our home away from home.

Great stay!

The location was perfect. Short drive to the beach and centrally located to many restaurants. Condo was as described. There were a few dead large bugs around, which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness. And we could never get the TV to work otherwise no complaints!

Great Room - Except the bed

We loved the room. Very clean and well maintained. The sheets smelled so clean! Check in and out was a breeze. We loved the location and the pool. It's quiet. We would totally rent again except both my husband and I found the bed very uncomfortable. I didn't get any sleep the two nights we were there and hubby slept fitfully.... but I'm sure others would find it just fine as I know bedding is a personal preference. Also: it would be nice to have more than 4 pillows for a room that sleeps 4 as sometimes people use more than one pillow.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a day late due to power outage in Houston, so our 4 night turned into a 3 night stay. When we arrived we turned on TV. After many tries we texted management about the tv as it wasn't working properly. We had to move into bedroom to watch tv for the evening. Someone came out promptly the next day. They determined it was the cable box and replaced it on our last day. Got to use the living room on the last night. They were prompt in fixing the issue, but our stay was too short to take advantage of the fix. The place was clean and stocked with towels.

Mystic Manor #107

While the unit has a great location, it is in need of some repairs. While we were there, the dishwasher did not work the entire time and we had to have the freezer and refrig. Worked on. The dryer was not working and had a tech come twice. The bathroom roof has a leak above the shower and the bathroom smells moldy. If is was not for Padre Escapes trying their best to help us we would have requested a full refund and vacated the unit. Hope this review gets the owner to make the necessary repairs to have home fit to stay in.

Very nice condo

Not a comfortable stay unfortunately

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place but we were disappointed because over night someone put a note on our door stating for us to not turn on our patio light because the light shined into their condo and well that’s why we liked the condo because of the back views and unfortunately we felt very uncomfortable after that happened to us.

Great Condo in North Padre

Such an easy process, great condo, good price, & Padre Vacation Resort so nice & easy to work with. I did have a problem with 1 neighbor who let us know she was an “owner” & didn’t want us to use our back porch light because it bothered her. Put a damper on our outside dining experience!

Cute Place but Some Plumbing Issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute place and tidy. Love the sofas, the convenience of having a washer and dryer, the fact that there were extra rotating fans, on-site pool, and nearby boat ramp was great. Some challenges include: Parking lot is tight for a boat trailer. Found a couple of large dead roaches in living space and dining area. Toilet leaking at base and under flooring when flushing...not fun stepping on a floor with dirty toilet water. However, Padre Escapes notified property immediately and had someone come out right away to address issue. Luckily we were not in room when it was being fixed or this would have been a huge inconvenience.

Perfect little spot

Definitely don’t see upgraded furniture like that in rentals. Everything was clean and worked great!! The pool was smaller than the pictures showed and a little cloudy but we spent most of our time at the beach.
