Charming & modern property in serene surroundings

The architect of this house did a wonderful job of making the space warm and inviting with children and family in mind. The views and the natural light from various angles of the house are lovely. This house is a delight for a romantic getaway or for a young family. It is a silent property and star gazing is absolutely amazing during clear nights. The hosts did everything to make my welcome very pleasant and took care of issues rapidly. They are a lovely family and treat guests with great care. I thank them and highly recommend this vacation home for a peaceful repose in the countryside but near the beach also.

Spectacular

Incredible cottage with breathtaking views of the sea and countryside. Everything as described or better! The host was kind and very helpful, in spite of our very poor French. Highly recommend!

Excellente semaine pour passer Noël en famille. gite très bien conçu et très très bien équipé : il ne manque rien ! Situation idéale pour ceux qui aiment les vacances en pleine nature : les balades sur la plage ( accès direct à pied) et les randonnées ( accès direct au GR ).

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen

Das moderne großzügige Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung und man kann vom Balkon aus wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick auf den Jaudy genießen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Viele Ausflugsziele sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die ganze Region hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und einen entspannten Urlaub.

Reposant

Nous recherchions un endroit reposant pour récupérer et profiter des alentours au mieux (Tréguier à 10 minutes, Perros et ses plages à 25-30 mns, Ile de Bréhat à 35 mns). Mission accomplie. La location et son emplacement a répondu à toutes nos attentes. L'accueil est impeccable. Nous avons profité de la terrasse pour regarder tous les soirs le coucher de soleil. Nous recommandons sans hésitations !.

Wonderfully secluded modern house

Wonderfully secluded modern house with very tasteful interior and stunning views over the estuary. A small beach in front of the house is wonderful for small children or strolls. Beautiful sunsets from the Terrasse, all the bedrooms or even the bathtub. The house is perfectly located for day trips to all the beautiful beaches or towns like the Côte Granit Rosé, Tréguier, Trégastel, Lannion etc… We enjoyed our stay very much!

Juwel an der Rosa Granit Küste

Das Haus war für meine Familie und mich perfekt: Idyllische Lage mit viel Grün drum herum und Blick auf Fluss und Meer und schön ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist absolut erstklassig, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region sind von hier aus sehr gut erfahrbar, ebenso wie die bretonische Kultur und Lebensart. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Fantastic

The property is fabulously located with lovely views out to and across the estuary. We had a warm, sincere, welcome from the owners and the check-in and check-out process was very simple. Fabian (owner) speaks very good English and his Father very kindly dropped in and gave us some astonishingly tasty spider crabs (sea spiders). They were already cooked (and very fresh, having been caught earlier that day) and he prepared them for us so they were ready to eat. The house is very well-equipped and was spotlessly clean. The large terrace/balcony which affords lovely views is spacious enough for dining and lounging and we spent a lot of time out there. In summary, this is a really lovely house with privacy and tranquility - and the owners are very thoughtful and kind.

A place created with thought and love

We arrived exhausted on a Saturday night and fell for the place straight away. The owners are a charming family who have created this beautiful place by themselves approximately two years, so while being pretty new and modern it also felt quite personal. The view is stunning - we couldn’t get enough of it and it felt like staying a lot longer than a week just looking at the seaside would be more than enough to keep us happy. The house is very well equipped. There is also a tiny beach nearby (3 mins), which is good for a walk along the coastline or to sit and watch the sunset. It is not a great place for swimming though. We visited two other beaches to go swimming. It seems like you have to go with the tide at most places in this area, so best be informed before you head off for the beach! We also took a couple of trips to some sights nearby (tréguier, sillon de trabert, plougrescant) and it was all beautiful in an understated kind of way. Nowhere was overrun by people. We can absolutely recommend a stay at this lovely place, if people enjoy to stick to themselves, appreciate a quiet and more remote area and don’t mind driving a few kilometers for a change of scene or the daily needs. We’d absolutely be happy to come back! Thanks for making us stay very welcome and sharing this beautiful place!!

Magnifique location de vacances

Maison agréable, lumineuse et fonctionnelle, dans un cadre magnifique. Propreté irréprochable. Equipement complet. La vue est splendide à toute heure de la journée depuis la terrasse ou même de l'intérieur grâce aux baies vitrées du salon et des chambres. Petit bout de plage privée au bas d'un petit sentier. Une précision peut-être utile pour les familles : les deux lits simples de la troisième chambre sont à réserver aux enfants, vu leur taille. Nous conseillons cette location sans réserve.
