Charming Perche cottage/private pool

Our family run country house is quietly located in a small hamlet in the middle of the fields. <br>In the summer, enjoy the heated swimming pool (accessible from May to September).<br>In autumn and winter, come and warm up by the fire.<br>The house is available for stays from 2 nights. <br>A good starting point to visit the Perche Regional Park and why not spend a day in Cabourg.<br><br>Description:<br><br>The house is surrounded by a wooded and fenced garden of 1600 m2, with a private heated swimming pool (from May to September) and secured by an electric shutter.<br><br>On the first floor:<br>- A dining room with fully equipped open kitchen (cooking piano, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ....) and wood stove.<br>- A living room (TV, DVD and Blu-ray, Bluetooth Hi-Fi system, board games...) with a wood stove<br>- A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine.<br><br>Upstairs:<br>- 3 bedrooms: bedroom n°1: a bed 160 / bedroom n°2: a bed 140 / bedroom n°3: two beds 90) <br>- A bathroom with a whirlpool bath, a shower, and toilet.<br><br>Bed linen, towels, bath mats, pool towels (seasonal) and dish towels are provided. <br><br>The prices displayed take into account the autumn/winter (closed pool) and spring/summer (open pool) periods.<br><br>In autumn and winter:<br>2 wood burning stoves (one in the living room and one in the kitchen/dining room). Wood is provided.<br><br>In the summer, private heated swimming pool (access reserved exclusively for tenants):<br>Swimming pool open from May to September.<br>Pool size: 6x3.5 m<br><br>The shops are 8 minutes away by car and we are 15 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche. <br><br>Arrival and departure times: <br>- Weekend: arrival on Friday from 11am and departure on Sunday before 5pm.<br>- For stays of more than 3 nights, arrival from 4 pm and departure at 11 am. We can allow you an early arrival and/or a late departure on request depending on our availability.<br><br>Cleaning:<br>Cleaning is included in the rental price. <br>We just ask our guests to make the house tidy overall.<br><br>Passenger access:<br>Guests will have access to the entire accommodation, the garden and the swimming pool (during opening periods) <br>Out of respect for the place, its inhabitants and the neighbourhood, it is forbidden to hold parties. <br>The maximum number of guests is 6 people. <br>Non-smoking<br>Pets not allowed.<br><br>I am available throughout your stay.
