nice apartment close to the beach

Nice apartment for a wonderful stay in Saint Marc sur mer. The owner is easy to reach and responds immediately to questions. We can definitely recommend Ludovic's apartment.

Agréable sejour

Appartement superbement situer, les pieds dans l’eau. Petit marcher et commerces Ă  5 minutes , donc pratique. Et surtout parking fermer , donc pas de prise de tĂȘte pour trouver une place.

Excellent séjour

Deux semaines de beau temps pendant lesquelles nous avons pu profiter de l'accÚs direct à la plage, des chemins cÎtiers, des promenades en vélos et bars-restaurants. Seul inconvénient l'accÚs pour le local à vélo qui est avec des marches à descendre et à remonter.Appartement confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in charmante Badeort

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer braucht. Zweimal in der Woche gibt es direkt vor der HaustĂŒr einen kleinen Wochenmarkt, dann kann man zwar mit dem Auto den Parkplatz auf dem Hof (von ca. 7 bis 15 Uhr) nicht verlassen - es sei denn man parkt am Vorabend außerhalb, aber das Einkaufen von frischen Produkten der Region war es wert! Vor allen Dingen kann man sich das Kochen sparen, die Traiteurs bieten tolle Köstlichkeiten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach klasse! GeschĂ€fte, gute Restaurants... Alles in direktem Umkreis.

TOUT EST PARFAIT !

L'emplacement est top dans le petit bourg de Saint-Marc-sur-Mer au pieds de la plage de M. Hulot et au dĂ©part des chemins cĂŽtiers. L'appartement est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©, confortable (mĂȘme pas grand froid) et trĂšs propre. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de trouver Ă  notre arrivĂ©e des sachets de thĂ©, de cafĂ©, sucre et biscuits. La conciergerie qui s'occupe de l'arrivĂ©e et du dĂ©part est trĂšs pro.Nous avons aussi eu des Ă©changes sympathiques avec le propriĂ©taire. Le + le parking dans la rĂ©sidence surtout pour le dimanche jour de marchĂ© et sĂ»rement utile aussi en Ă©tĂ©... Nous reviendrons

Idéalement placé

Appartement rénové, trÚs propre et trÚs bien équipé (tout pour cuisiner, faire le ménage, machine à laver, draps et serviettes fournis sur demande). Parking privé et local à vélo à disposition. Les commerces sont à quelques mÚtres (tabac, presse, bars, restaurants, boulangerie, poste, pharmacie et supérette). L'immeuble donne sur le sable de la plage. Donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture. De nombreux parcours pédestres balisés au départ du bas de l'immeuble. Pornichet à moins de 10km en vélo.
