Atypical wooden house of 75m2, 2 steps from Lake Hourtin. Decorated and flowered with passion and care, this little haven of peace will make your days "luxury, calm and voluptuousness".
Recently renovated, the house offers comfort and practicality (air conditioning) both inside and outside.
The 80m2 wooden terrace allows several sunbathing spots and/or napping.
During the summer, a nice bathtub is installed outside and will allow you to cool off or rinse yourself back from the beach!
I have done everything possible to ensure that idleness is the master of the house (hammock, deck chair, outdoor sofa....).
Every year, I carry out work to improve the place. This year the house had the right to install a skylight and a French window in the 2nd bedroom. Thus, in addition to the brightness gained, the room now has direct access to the terrace.
A wood stove has found a place in the living room. During the winter you can now curl up on the sofa near a nice crackling fire.
Apart from summer and some winter holidays, I live in this house. It has been designed to be practical to use, cocooning, comfortable and bright.
Important point: The kitchen is very well equipped and allows you to prepare good dishes just like at home.

The house is located in the small village of "Lachanau" quiet, friendly and family with its small café terrace "La Caravelle" offering ice creams, drinks, waffles, aperitifs
, its petanque court, small port, wild beach, forest, cycle path..
For the evenings when the desire to cook will not be there, you will find at the end of the street a quality pizzeria called "Lacabana" run by an adorable couple. Organic products, homemade dough and wood-fired oven. Treat guaranteed!!
