About this property

Modern House Nestled Between Mountains and the Countryside

Ideally located in the Vosges, this passive house is nestled between the mountains and the countryside, between Gérardmer and Épinal.

Our family home can accommodate two couples with children. Since this is our primary residence, we’d appreciate a private message before booking.

You can park two vehicles in a locked garage. The property is not fenced.

Swimming pool (20 m³), bioclimatic pergola, gas grill, and a beach umbrella so you can enjoy the outdoors!
Wi-Fi, TV, board games, Wii, toys, and books are available.

The house is set back a bit from the road, providing privacy. Children can play safely; the area in front of the house is paved, perfect for rollerblading or riding a scooter!

We’re at the foot of the Fossard Mountains—you can go hiking or biking right from the house!

You can also enjoy some wonderful day trips in the region: Gérardmer, La Bresse, Lispach, and Saulxures.
There are several recreational centers nearby

The Fraispertuis amusement park is 40 minutes away.

Peace and space

A beautiful house on a spacious lot. This provides plenty of space for the children to play in and outside the house. House has good facilities. The area is beautiful to go out. Possibilities such as tobogganing, hiking, canoeing. We enjoyed this place to explore the Vosges.

Mooie en comfortabele woning, heerlijk verblijf gehad

Deze woning is van alle gemakken voorzien! Een fijn zwembad om af te koelen, een garage voor de auto, een fijn terras met overkapping en zonneschermen en een gasgrill. De keuken is heel compleet uitgerust, en de robotstofzuiger deed elke dag z'n werk. Prima slaapkamers en bedden, met veel speelgoed voor kleinere kinderen.

Fijn vakantiehuis voor gezin met kinderen

Modern woonhuis, perfect voor verblijf met kinderen, heel rustig gelegen maar voldoende activiteiten in de nabije omgeving te doen. Prachtig groot zwembad! Heerlijk was de pergola-constructie waardoor je ook bij hitte heerlijk buiten kunt zitten. Super!

Modern en vriendelijk familiehuis

Ruime, moderne woning, van alle gemakken voorzien, op een rustige locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Erg geschikt voor gezin met kinderen. Mooi zwembad, heerlijk bij zomerweer!
