With its modern decor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers. Ideal for a family, with its vast 1500 m² landscaped garden and numerous amenities, you'll also enjoy an indoor Jacuzzi for relaxing at any time of day!

With a surface area of 170 m², the gîte is laid out as follows:
First floor
- A large entrance hall
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (dishwasher, oven, filter and Senseo coffee makers, hob, fridge...)
- Living room with 2 sofas, armchair, TV and dining table for 6. A functional pellet stove is at your disposal (pellets extra).
- A relaxation area with a Jacuzzi accessible all year round.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Water point with shower and WC (no vanity unit)
- A storeroom with access to the laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).

- We take care of cleaning after your stay, but the gîte must be left in a clean and tidy condition. A deduction from the security deposit may be made in the event of non-respect of the premises.
