Well situated and comfortable

For a group of eight golfers this property is well located in a very nice area and comfortable. The proprietor and concierge were responsive, dealing with a couple of issues that arose promptly. The facilities are fit for purpose and the beds are comfortable. Bed linen, towels and all consumables represented an additional cost. Overall, this is a very nice property. With a little more focus on the needs of the occupants it could be made even better.

Lire jusqu’au bout avant de louer. La maison a tout pour plaire, les couchages accueillent réellement 16 personnes. Pour notre famille étendue c’était parfait. L’emplacement est correct, cependant l’avenue de Picardie est très passante, a savoir si vous faites du vélo avec de jeunes enfants. La personne contact, Sandrine, la concierge qui gère entrée et sortie est super réactive et sympathique. Malheureusement la gestion et le comportement du propriétaire sont totalement inacceptables et ont changés de simple désagréments en réel problèmes. - Nous avions draps et serviettes (otion à 215 euros) mais n’avions pas de tapis de bain ki même de savon à main, remédié par Sandrine. - La maison est loué avec wifi, nous n’en avons pas eu de la semaine. Mr Bertini qui a été prévenu immédiatement, a répondu … 4 jours plus tard, que nous pouvions quitter les lieux si ça ne nous convenait pas. Aucune solution n’a été apportée, ce n’était pas du ressort de la concierge. Avec 4 ado et venant de l’étranger, le wifi était un critère important. - La terrasse est vétuste et peu ou pas entrevue, les planches se soulevaient et une personne est tombées dès le premiers jours, j’ai du la réparer PAR MES SOINS. - le parasol bien usagé a caser a cause d’une forte journée venteuse, alors qu’il était plié (!!) non utilisé, je l’ai signalé immédiatement, le propriétaire a sous entendu que je l’avais cassé et… m’a facturé 192 euros !!! A éviter.

Il est regrettable de lire un tel avis, d'autant plus que nous louons cette propriété depuis plusieurs années en ayant toujours de très bons avis. Un avis de 5 étoiles avant et un avis de 5 étoiles après votre passage !!! Nous regrettons sincèrement que le niveau de confort de notre location ne vous ait pas convenu. Il est important de rappeler que notre maison est une location de vacances, et non un hôtel cinq étoiles proposant des services de conciergerie 24h/24 et un personnel d'entretien. Nous vous souhaitons de trouver un hébergement qui corresponde mieux à vos attentes lors de vos prochains séjours. Cordialement,

Verouderd huis

We verbleven met een groep van 16 in Le Touquet, een leuk en gezellig stadje. De ligging van het huis is mooi en er is een mooie, afgesloten tuin. Nog geen 24u na onze aankomst stond de politie aan de deur omdat 8 kinderen in de tuin aan het voetballen waren en dat maakte teveel lawaai. Er mag in deze buurt helemaal geen lawaai gemaakt worden volgens de politie. De politie gaf aan dat de buurman hier vaak voor belt. We durfden dus nauwelijks nog naar buiten gaan. Het huis zelf is verouderd en heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig.De vierde badkamer is geen volwaardige badkamer. De Wifi werkte niet en we kregen geen antwoord van de conciërge toen we hier een mailtje over stuurden. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot en vriendelijk, de conciërge echter nam nauwelijks enkele min tijd om ons rond te leiden bij aankomst en ze was direct weer weg zonder een woordje uitleg. We hebben ondanks alles genoten maar alles bij elkaar was het een teleurstelling voor ons.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très lumineuse, spacieuse, fonctionnelle et elle était très propre. La communication avec Sandrine qui s'occupe des arrivées et des départs est facile. Notre groupe était composé de grands-parents, parents et petits-enfants. La maison a plu à tous. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons pouvoir revenir dans cette maison !

La villa a son charme, l’emplacement est très bien dans un beau quartier. Pièce de vie et chambres correctes. Petits bémols : le lave vaisselle était en panne, peut-être que les précédents locataires n’avaient pas transmis l’info, cependant faire la vaisselle à la main pour 11 personnes cela prend du temps sur le séjour. Les salles de bain sont à rénover, joints de carrelage moisis, propreté moyenne. 1 douche était inutilisable car le thermostat était bloqué sur 45 degrés. La salle de bain avec baignoire est trés démodée et la salle de bain du rdc est spacieuse, cependant la douche très glissante, nous avons eu une chute. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon week-end en faisant abstraction de ces petits bémols.
