Dear Travellers,
Our magnificent family villa has just been renovated.
Very bright and spacious, beautiful volumes, 190m2 facing south with one floor, 6 large bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor, 3 bathrooms, 1 large living room with fireplace and terrace, a dining room, fitted kitchen, laundry room, veranda, large entrance hall, entrance and landing.
Telework possible, an office for 1 or 2 people in each room. Very high speed and stable WIFI and fiber internet.
Beautiful garden of 1950m2, front and rear of the villa. Fully fenced. WEBER barbecue, 2 garden furniture and 2 large garden tables. 2 large parasols, in each of the gardens, 7 deckchairs...
You can park 3 to 4 cars in the garden path and store your bikes there.
The final decoration was completed at the end of 2022, the villa is ready to welcome you! We make improvements regularly.
Access to 10 minutes by car from the A16 motorway. Nearest Lille, Beauvais and Paris airports. Near Etaples station, a shuttle bus station at the foot of the villa.
Our villa is located in the entrance of Le Touquet, 5 minutes by car from the South beach, 12 minutes by bike. 12 minutes by bike from the center of Le Touquet. Very easy and quick access. Cycle paths from the villa to the center of Le Touquet. Take your bikes or rent them!
Our second home is fully equipped to bring you a very pleasant and comfortable stay. 6 large spacious and very bright bedrooms with plenty of storage. The 3 bathrooms are new. Very large living room and dining room. The villa is surrounded by greenery and facing south!
It is ideal for meeting up with family or friends!
