The check-in process was easy, and the one question I did have for the host, she on-call and available to answer immediately. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Loved the overall vibe and aesthetic of the space.

The bedding was comfortable, and the location was convenient to the park. The room was very small but was fine for 3 guys. The eatery on the property was convenient and good.

Great place to stay near Big Bend

This was the perfect place for our 2 day stay to explore Big Bend and the surrounding area! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom/shower was vert clean and nice. The dark sky and stars were amazing! The communication with the host was fabulous....super responsive and always available. I highly recommend you stay here.

Big Bend Visit

Really enjoyed staying here! The location is about 20 minutes away from Big Bend and is located right next to several fabulous restaurants (Starlight Theater, Cafe Y poco mas). Everything at the property was incredibly clean, and there were no issues sharing a bathroom with other guests. The shared outdoor spaces were wonderful for watching stars. Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Such a fun spot

We had comfortable beds and basics in the room 2 with bunk beds and adjacent bathroom and shower. LOVED the full outdoor kitchen equipped with all we could need and the sitting areas. with lounge chairs and seating areas were perfect for watching the scenery and stars. It's an easy walk up the hill from the Starlight or coffee shot- we had a great time!

Little gem

The location of the property is very convenient to Big Bend or River Road and the view is amazing! The property is quite quirky but totally rounded out our first time experience in West Texas.

Great location for Terlingua area

Enjoyed the ambience of the property. We stayed there for 5 days. Only reason I do not give it five stars is the oven didnā€™t work, one grill didnā€™t work and one had one side that worked. We were there riding dirt bike in the national park and state park. Bunkhouse room # 2 looked bigger in the pictures.

Property was clean & great care has been taken to provide a nice outside area with great views. The bunkroom is pretty small & the community bathroom a minor inconvenience. All told we had a very positive experience.

Small but cozy

Nice small room with no amenities and that was just great for us. Could use much better heating systems in the shower room. Staff did take care of that with larger electric heaters.
