Villa Michelet is an amazing Belle Epoque style villa located in the heart of Nice Liberation. This villa of 130sq.m offers a large private garden of 500sq.m and a private free garage on site. It offers an entrance, a large living room with dining room, a full equipped separate kitchen. On upper floor you will find two double beds bedrooms, one bedroom offers air conditioning and en suite shower room, and a third bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. It offers a bathroom with toilet and a second toilet. Villa Michelet is truly a peace of heaven in the heart of Nice. Tramay station is at 150m and beach is only at 10 minutes away by tram. All shops and restaurants are right at the corner of the street. Perfect for holiday rental in Nice.

Private house in a convenient location.

Great property, though in need of some maintenance. Comfortable bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and spacious living area. Very convenient location with easy access to the centre via public transport!
