Rent an 18th-century stone village house in the Gard region, fully renovated and air-conditioned.
With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, our house comfortably accommodates 10 people, offering you the ideal setting for a wonderful vacation.

Ideally located in a quiet area right in the heart of the village with all shops nearby, equidistant from Nîmes and Avignon, five minutes from the Pont du Gard and the highway exit, and 20 minutes from Uzès and its famous market at Place aux Herbes and the Haribo Museum! Our house will be the perfect setting for your vacation with family or friends.

The house is part of a vineyard estate, but you’ll have complete privacy. The courtyard is shared, but there’s usually very little foot traffic. We’d be happy to offer you a tasting of our wines and give you a tour of the cellar if you’re interested!

You can all gather in a spacious, bright living room featuring a beautiful double-sided fireplace, all opening onto a large terrace overlooking the gardens and the pool. This terrace features a beautiful barbecue made of Gard stone.

You then reach the bedrooms and bathrooms via a spacious hallway that leads, on your right, to a small living room, followed by the first bedroom on your left, which offers a view and access to the main terrace. This bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm x 2 m double bed and a large walk-in closet. It has private access to a large Andalusian-style bathroom equipped with two sinks, a large round bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

From the main hallway, you then reach a bathroom with a shower, double sinks, and a toilet, followed by a bedroom furnished with two 90 cm x 2 m beds.

Finally, there is one last bedroom equipped with a 160 cm x 2 m double bed and a large bookcase. This bedroom opens onto a large “cement tile” bathroom with a double sink, a bathtub with a shower enclosure, and a separate toilet.

The entire property overlooks either the estate’s courtyard or the terrace and garden. The entire property is fully enclosed by walls.

The main terrace extends onto a secondary terrace and a wing slightly separated from the house. This annex consists of two bedrooms. One is furnished with two 90-cm single beds, and the other with a 160 cm x 2 m double bed and a small adjoining walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet is located between the two bedrooms.

The house is fully air-conditioned and offers all the necessary comforts.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It features a large American-style refrigerator and freezer, a stovetop, a convection oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a storage area where you can store your groceries and/or luggage.

The house is located on the first floor of the estate and opens onto two large terraces. It is accessed from the estate’s courtyard via a stone staircase.
On the first floor, there is a parking area on one side and a garden on the other. The 15 x 6 m pool, tennis court, bocce court, and pool house are located below on level -1.

The pool, tennis court, bocce court, and pool house are located on the lower level, accessible via metal stairs. There, you’ll find a peaceful spot to spend cool days with your feet in the water.

The pool is equipped with an alarm, but children must be under the strict supervision and responsibility of their parents. Please note that the house and its outdoor areas are spread over three levels, which may pose risks and challenges for people with limited or uncertain mobility, such as young children.

The lower terrace leading to the pool is also furnished with a table and benches made of Gard stone, as well as a large stone barbecue. The pool house is equipped to allow you to host meals in the lower part of the property.
