Comfortable house classified 3 stars located in the village of Barfleur classified among the most beautiful villages in France. Located on the beach with magnificent views of the sea and the lighthouse of Gatteville.

On the ground floor :
Large living room: living / dining room with wood stove, TV and kitchen area with dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge oven with freezer compartment.
Large wooden terrace, a toilet and a bathroom accessible from the outside (ideal for beach returns).

Upstairs :
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and a bedroom with 2 beds of 80. Shower room with WC. (+ 10 euros per additional bed).

Deposit of 200 euros requested on arrival + 10 € / additional bed (the price already includes the preparation of a bed, if you wish 1 or 2 more beds, please tell us to adjust the price).

Wonderful host, wonderful stay!

Located in a beautiful seaside village, this property is both close to the town and yet very private. The house is nicely appointed and very clean, bright, comfortable, and we immediately felt at home. The host is super-responsive before and during the stay, which made it really easy! There was guidance provided for the surrounding areas, great restaurants, great walks, easy drive to the D-Day beaches. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you Jean-Michel for a wonderful stay!

Perfect!

This house was perfect! We stayed here for a month, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Jean-Charles and Suzanne are friendly, helpful, and responsive to anything we needed. The property is beautiful (beautiful garden and flowers!) and the location meant we could walk to the harbor, restaurants, and shops within minutes. We bought fresh fish, crabs, and lobster nearly every day from the seafood truck that is a few minutes walk away on the harbor. One of the best VRBO rentals we've had!

Gîte idéalement situé au calme mais proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Tout était parfait; l'accueil des hôtes, les informations sur les visites possibles dans la région, etc...Le logement dispose d'un magnifique jardin fleuri et superbement bien entretenu. Encore merci pour les bettes....elles ont fini en délicieuses quiches. A recommander chaleureusement.

Beau gite en bord de mer

Avec nos deux petits-fils nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison spacieuse toute proche de la mer. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin. Le plus de la location : l'accueil charmant des propriétaires.

Barfleur ist eine Reise wert!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Unser Vermieter hat uns bei der ersten Begegnung Salat und Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau gebracht - super lecker. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß. Super Doppelbett mit guter Matratze. Der Wohnbereich war für längere Aufenthalte etwas ungemütlich. Die Küche ist groß. Es fehlte uns, wie so häufig in Ferienwohnungen, an scharfen Messern. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und man kann dieses jeden Morgen aus dem Schlafzimmer, grüßen. Der Außenbereich ist okay. Toll ist eine Toilette und Dusche, die man direkt von Außen nutzen kann. Natürlich gibt es im Haus ebenfalls in der 1. Etage, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Wir haben erholsame, wunderschöne Tage verbringen dürfen. Und unser Hund liebte den Rasen und durfte auf dem Gelände frei rumlaufen. Lieben Dank Jean-Charles und Suzanne für eure Gastfreundschaft

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen und Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge mit dem eigenen PKW. Die ebenfalls auf dem großen Grundstück in einem separaten Haus wohnenden Vermieter sind sehr freundlich aber mit angenehmer Distanz.

Super Ferienhaus!

Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen! Es ist sehr geräumig und die Räume sind hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich! Es gibt viel Stauraum im Haus (auch in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad), so dass bei einer Belegung mit 4 Personen jeder seine Utensilien prima verstauen kann! Geschirr und Küchenzubehör ist ausreichend vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.

Meer und Stadt ganz nah

Wir haben wunderschöne 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht Es liegt direkt gegenüber vom Strand und in wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Ort mit einigen netten Restaurants..Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermueter sehr gut.Auch unser Hund hat die Zeit sehr genossen Wur kommen wieder!!
