About this property

ECO-Responsible Treehouse / Welcome to Nature


Original and functional architect-designed house. Located 10 minutes walk from the beach and the famous Moliets golf course. Cycle paths at the foot of the house, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
The garden is wooded with an appreciable view of the 3 large terraces and secured by an exterior camera. The rooms
(each has its own shower room) are clear. The spacious living room opens onto a large terrace crossed by pine trees. My accommodation is perfect for couples, families with children and groups.
The house and its garden are entirely at your disposal. the rooms are equipped with curtains and mosquito nets
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Disinfection protocols have been put in place (covid19)
Sheets and towels can be provided for a service charge. Cleaning fees: €150 to be paid on site.
Electricity: the meter will be read on your arrival and departure. Fees will be applied if consumption above average

Au cƓur du centre, mais en pleine nature

We liked the accommodation very much, especially the large terraces and the many bathrooms. Doe kitchen is well equipped. But the room with 4 beds is very small. We recommend to book the house with maximum 8 people instead of 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. Karen, the manager. was great and could not have been more helpful during our visit and in checking in and checking out.The house was clean and tidy and the trees kept the house inside cool during the heat of the day.. There was good internal space and the kitchen was excellent.The beach was easy walking distance and shops were convenient with a square which was close and was a busy social area, especially in the evenings.We highly recommend this property and the area which caters with just about everything and we would be happy to stay here again.

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans la maison, proche de la plage et des commerces. (L’environnement peut nĂ©anmoins ĂȘtre bruyant le soir). Les landes dans les pins

Propriete au design original et assez spacieuse pour accueillir 3 generations sous le meme toit le temps des vacances. Terrasse ombragee ou nous avons passe d'agreables moment a 10. Emplacement tout pres des commerces, de la plage et de la place de la Bastide avec quelques tres bons restaurants, ses marches d'ete et l'ecole de surf. Karen qui gere la propriete se met en quatre pour rendre service, ce que nous avons fortement apprecie. Seul bemol - la musique venant de l'Open Cafe de la place qui en saison reste ouvert jusqu'a 2h du matin, donc des nuits tardives pour ceux qui ont le sommeil leger...

Grande et agréable maison

La maison est grande, fonctionnelle, ombragĂ©e, trĂšs bien agencĂ©e et moderne avec tout le nĂ©cessaire pour passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Elle est situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage et des commoditĂ©s ce qui implique par contre du bruit jusqu'Ă  2h du matin avec le bar du coin (qui est toutefois trĂšs sympa). Tout peut se faire Ă  pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo. Karen vous y accueille avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'Ă©coute. Quelques objets nĂ©cessiteraient d'ĂȘtre changĂ©s mĂȘme si cela n'empĂȘche pas de profiter du confort de la maison.

Agréable location

La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. Originale dans sa disposition. La piĂšce principale est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Les 3 chambres avec lit double et sdb sont parfaites. La chambre avec lits superposĂ©s est un peu juste en taille. Les extĂ©rieurs parfaits. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec la mĂ©tĂ©o et non plus avec le chauffage central qui ne fonctionnait pas... le poĂȘle aprĂšs deux jours de chauffe a eut quelques problĂšmes. Heureusement, Karen nous a apportĂ© un chauffage d'appoint qui nous a suffit. Seul dĂ©sagrĂ©ment, la porte fenĂȘtre principale ne fermait pas correctement... Ă  rĂ©parer...

Superbe situation, plage, commerces, marchés, restaurants, tout à pied, tout en étant dans une location à l'abri des regards, au milieu des arbres :) grande maison lumineuse et autant de chambres que de salles d'eau et de terrasses. Quelques éléments intérieurs méritent un coup de neuf (baie vitrée difficile à ouvrir, robinetterie des douches, canapé). Superbe séjour dans l'ensemble Merci

Super vacances entre amis Ă  Moliets et Maa

La maison est trĂšs originale et surtout parfaitement bien placĂ© ! Spacieuse par ses nombreuses terrasses et sa piĂšce Ă  vivre et aussi trĂšs pratique pour la vie en groupe notamment avec les 4 salles de bains. Cependant on voit que cette maison n'est qu'une maison de location se traduisant par un manque de personnalitĂ© et des finitions moyennes. Mais juste parfait pour un objectif de vacances 👍
