Extremely rare in La Grande Motte: discover our family beach house located in La Grande Motte, close to restaurants, shops, horse riding centre and bike hire. Perfect for a relaxing or professional stay.

At the edge of the beach promenade, pass through its gate and go directly to the beach. You will also be 10mn by bike from the town centre by the pedestrian paths.
The nearby 606 bus will take you to Montpellier, and you will be a 10-minute drive from Montpellier Méditerranée airport.

Equipped with Wifi and in a quiet environment, it welcomes you for your business stays, home office or time-off

Entirely renovated and tastefully furnished, this 50m2 house is bright thanks to its many glass and bay windows, spacious and exceptionally situated.
Air-conditioned, it consists of a large living/dining room with sofa and large TV, 2 bedrooms (double bed and twin beds), a fully equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), a bathroom with Italian shower & washing machine and separate WC.

You will also enjoy the landscaped patio with trees, including an outdoor shower for the return from the beach and an extendable table for large summer tables.

Sheets, towels, TV-Wifi box and closed car park included in the rental.

About us
La Grande Motte is located in Petite Camargue, close to tourist villages such as Palavas, Aigues-Mortes, Le Grau du Roi and Port-Camargue.
The airport is 10mn away, the Sud de France train station is 15mn away by car.
Montpellier, 20 km away, is a charming city and is worth a visit for its historical centre which is entirely pedestrianised and its good restaurants. The hinterland is also to be discovered with its picturesque villages and its white water activities (canoeing, rafting etc.).

Great location, walk to everything

We had a wonderful stay during the multi-hull boat show, easy walk to the marina, restaurants the grocery store and bank. No need for a car if you don't need. Our host was very quick to respond to make sure we were well taken care of. Rooms were smaller than we are use to but we understand space is different in other places. Merci bouque!

Two weeks in Le Couchant

We had a very pleasant stay in La Grande Motte with this perfectly located small house. We had some small problems with the kitchen that were solved promptly by the very reactive and gentle agency. Shops in proximity but still good privacy 10m away from the dunes. The teenager girls loved it. A small drawback is that one of the sleeping rooms has no window to the outside. Use of climate control is necessary to keep the temperature down when it is hot. We had a very pleasant time.

Super sympa !

Un grand merci à Mélanie pour son efficacité et son professionnalisme. La maisonnette est idéalement située et très fonctionnelle . L’aménagement intelligent de ces 50m2 donne une impression réelle d espace , les rangements sont nombreux, et les toilettes isolées de la salle de bains sont un petit plus non négligeable . Nous recommandons vivement ce logement .

Un logement incroyable

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille. Mélanie est très accueillante pour nous faire découvrir . ce logement très bien décoré, très bien agencé avec une belle pièce à vivre et idéalement situé. Notamment l'accès côté plage est juste incroyable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la douchette placée au niveau de la terrasse pour se rincer les pieds avant de rentrer dans la logement. 5 étoiles sans hésitation !

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand

Das Apartment ist für einen relaxten Urlaub ideal. Es sind nur wenige Schritte und man ist direkt am breiten weißen Sandstrand. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert und der Kontakt während unseres Aufenthaltes war excellent. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Ferienhaus ist modern eingerichtet (leider etwas hellhörig). Wünschenswert wäre kleine Optimierungen. Z.B. in Sachen Anzahl Geschirr (Teller & Gläser sind sehr knapp bemessen). Den Sand und Krümel im Haus konnten wir nicht mit einem Besen wegwischen (der war kaputt) und der in der Not genommene Staubsauger funktionierte mehr schlecht als recht. Die Aussenbeleuchtung war leider ebenfalls defekt. Obwohl bei der Ankunft Dinge wie defekte Birnen und ein defektes Schloss für die Schiebetür in Richtung Strand aufgenommen wurden, konnten die Mängel in den zwei Wochen nicht behoben werden (Grund war offenbar zu viel Arbeit des Handwerkers). Gerade die Tür zur Terrasse muss abgeschlossen werden können, da dies der wichtigste Ein- und Ausgang Richtung Strand ist. Dennoch hatten wir insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Nous venons de séjourner 3 nuits dans ce bel appartement, bien décoré, entièrement refait à neuf, très propre, cosy et directement situé sur la plage de sable fin.Les petits commerces, restaurants, port de la grande motte... sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Nous habitons Nice en bord de mer et pourtant nous avons été émerveillés par ce coin de Paradis. L'appartement est également idéalement situé pour visiter la Camargue.Sans parler de notre Hôte Yoann très souriant, accueillant, aux petits soins avec nous et avec qui la communication est très agréable. Bref, séjour parfait

Situation idéale dans un quartier calme un peu à l'écart du centre et proche de la mer.
