Amazing

This is an amazing property and perfect for parents of Troy University students. Very spacious and within walking distance of the square. Several places to eat within walking distance. Will stay here everytime over the 2 hotels in Troy.

Wonderful stay!

This rental is right in the middle of downtown Troy. Such a cute lively town square wirh so many cute shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment was perfect for us and great communication with Richard before & upon check in. He was extremely accommodating. The beds were feet comfy, the entire place was sparkling clean, get spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again :)

Great downtown apartment

The apartment was very nice! Just what we needed. The location was perfect as we were in town on business and we were right around the corner from our attorneys office. I loved being able to walk around the town square and shop the little boutiques. Also nice to not have to get in the car to go to a restaurant for there are plenty of choices right there! We were very pleased and will definitely book again when we return!

Excellent property in Troy!

Our second stay at this property we as successful as the first! Great gathering spot for all our guests during game day weekend. The kitchen is well kitted out with everything you need for entertaining and the large living room has plenty of room. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms and even hotel style soaps and shampoos which many vacation rentals don’t provide. Thanks again!

Downtown Charm

This property was updated and clean. The location was perfect for our visit with our Troy student. Food and shopping was within walking distance and central to Troy University. We will be back to this location and share with other family members who visit in the future.

Great Downtown location!

We were in Troy for a wedding. The location was awesome…right in the middle of downtown. We walked everywhere…even to the wedding! The property was great and very well appointed. I would highly recommend it!

Awesome place!

This office turned apartment is big space with very nice upgrades! Great communication with the owners and a very convenient location. A few minutes from the college and a short walk to the downtown square. We can’t wait to stay with them again!

Great place. Love the location, the set-up, very clean. I have already booked my next stay. Hated leaving!!! Owner is extremely helpful and kind. I would stay at any of his properties.

Baseball weekend

Spacious and very comfortable. Basically on the square. Great food. Close to Troy campus. Wonderful place to stay to enjoy weekend ballgames.

Excellent Property!

Excellent venue for hosting or gathering while in Troy. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well kitted out. Parking at the door was an added bonus!

Location was excellent and the property is very clean and up dated. Our next stay in Troy this place will be my FIRST pick. Plenty of room to cook and breath. I felt very safe. We really enjoyed our stay

A Must Stay!

This was a perfect way to experience Troy and all this town has to offer. Robert and his team are wonderful, so nice and quick to respond to any questions! I will definitely stay at one of Robert’s properties again!
