27 Skiptory Howe is situated on the White Cross Bay Holiday Park on the edge of Lake Windermere between Windermere and Ambleside on the A591.(parkdeanresorts.co.uk/location/lake-district/white-cross-bay/) It has recently been refurbished and is centrally heated and comprises 2 bedrooms which sleeps 4/5* people.(* There is a small fold-up foam chair bed that would be suitable for a child). The lodge has a comfortably appointed spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a built-in fridge freezer, oven and hob and a microwave. Master bedroom has a kingsize double bed and ensuite bathroom (shower) and twin bedded room and family bathroom (bath with shower). Large wraparound (2 sides) decking area ideal for relaxing on sunloungers (4 supplied) and for dining al-fresco. (gas bbq supplied). 40 inch, wall-mounted Samsung TV, dvd player and Bose CD and radio and separate bluetooth sound system.

The lodge was very clean, in excellent condition and very homely. The furnishings were modern and of a good standard and the lodge was in a very quiet area. We would definitely stay in this lodge again.

We would definitley reccomend this accomodation, and would happily stay here again.The lodge has a great layout, and lots of useful info was sent to us by the owner before we arrived.Staying at the lodge is like staying in someones home, much better than staying a sparse rental, and this really added to our holiday.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The cabin is immaculately clean and has everything that you could want. It was a great base for everything we wanted to do in the beautiful Lake District.
