This luxurious townhome is located at the base of Copper Mountain, within walking distance to ski lifts and the Copper Mountain Center Village which offers shopping, dining and fun day and night activities for children and adults. This property is newly remodeled with an inviting southwestern décor.

Guests will enjoy walking and biking trails as well as horse back riding in the summer and excellent skiing within walking distance in the winter. For relaxing times indoors, quests can sit by the fireplace in the living room or on the other two floors and enjoy the majestic and unobstructed views of the Copper Mountain slopes from floor to ceiling windows. The views are breathtaking.

The townhome is approximately 1600 square feet of living on three floors with an attached garage located on the lower fourth level, to accommodate one large vehicle and also space for skis, bikes and other sporting equipment. The fourth level also has a washer and dryer. The main floor features a compact kitchen with granite counter tops, and dining space for six with additional counter top eating space. The living room features a gas burning fireplace, a wide-screen TV equipped with VCR and DVD, WI-FI, and comfortable seating arrangement that allows guests to take advantage of the majestic mountain views.

The second floor features a large master bedroom suite that opens onto an enclosed sun porch with floor to ceiling windows, with two large closets, and a large private bathroom. The third floor features a large bedroom that opens onto a large sun porch with floor to ceiling windows and two closets. This floor also offers a third bedroom that includes a bunk bed arrangement that can sleep 2 or 4 (one large twin; one double; and one large trundle). All bedrooms have their own cable TV.

The Townhome also features an outside patio off kitchen which provides space for outdoor picnicking, sunbathing, or meditation, and a community hot tub. Other amenities of Copper Mountain include (all within walking distance) a fully equipped recreation center complete with exercise equipment, basketball and indoor swimming, a golf course, and of course in the Copper Mountain Village are restaurants and fun activities.

Sorry no pets are allowed and no smoking.

Good Location, but ends there

Let's start with the booking process. The communication with the owner is less than prompt. They also do not take credit cards, which is kind of a pain. The condo is in a great location, but everything is outdated, and I mean outdated. The TV's are old, the towels in the bathrooms are paper thin. The mattresses are not very comfortable, and the pillows are even worse.

The "brand new glass stovetop" was brand new 10 years ago. The multiple levels turned out to be fine for our group, but we were very physically fit. The garage is a bonus, as you can leave all your skis on the first floor.

Our group rents a condo for our annual ski trip every year. This is the first one we wouldn't rent again. We felt for the money we spent, we expected a far superior condo than what we ended up getting.

Great experience!

I went to Copper Mountain with 6 friends, and we had a wonderful time in this spacious condo. Everything was as advertised...short walk to the major Copper Mountain lifts, and a lovely and spacious interior. Plenty of room for all of us! The big glass windows also made for a nice visual experience, as the top of the mountain was always in view (so long as it wasn't snowing). I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for easy access to Copper Mountain!

Awesome view of Copper Mtn ski resort, walking distance

We stayed here over the Christmas 2015 for a few days with our three sons, daughter-in-law, and girlfriend. There are basically four levels to this condo, so lots of stairs! The bottom level is the garage and laundry, the 2nd level is the kitchen, dining, and living area, the 3rd level is the Master bedroom & bathroom, and the 4th level is a private bedroom, a bathroom and the loft area. Everything was stocked well. It was very clean. We enjoyed the view as well as the fact that we could walk to and from the ski resort. I was slightly nervous at first when the owner wouldn't accept a credit card for payment, but after visiting with her on the phone, I felt more comfortable and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, conveniently located townhouse with beautiful views!

Arrived weekend before Christmas for a family outing. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Everyone was comfortable and able to spread out. This is our 2nd year staying here, would come again and again. Owners are great and the townhouse is as described. You will not be disappointed: )

Very spacious with great views of the ski hill

We stayed here the week after christmas, December 2011, and were very pleased. I thought it might be too far from the center village, but it was actually a pretty easy walk to lifts and restaurants, etc. Having your own garage was really nice, just pull your car in and unload at your convenience. 3 living levels all with excellent views of the ski hill. Well maintained and nicely furnished. Three floors (plus garage) gives you lots of room to spread out. Owner was great to work with, we have rented various condos at Copper over the years, and this is the first one that I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful place!

Our stay here was great! The location was perfect for us and the views were awesome! It is a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Copper. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described in the listing and the owner was so friendly and helpful. Having a garage for our bikes was an extra plus. We will definitely be looking at renting it again next year for our stay.
