Accommodations: Townhome – 3 Bedrooms – 2 Baths – (sleeps 6-8)

This luxurious townhome is located at the base of Copper Mountain, within walking distance to ski lifts and the Copper Mountain Center Village which offers shopping, dining and fun day and night activities for children and adults.

Guests will enjoy walking and biking trails as well as horse back riding in the summer and excellent skiing within walking distance in the winter. For relaxing times indoors, quests can sit by the fireplace in the living room or on the other two floors and enjoy the majestic and unobstructed views of the Copper Mountain slopes from floor to ceiling windows on all three levels. The views are breathtaking.

The townhome is approximately 1600 square feet of living on three floors with an attached garage located on the lower fourth level, to accommodate one large vehicle and also space for skis, bikes and other sporting equipment. The fourth level also has a washer and dryer. The main floor features a compact kitchen with granite counter tops, and dining space for six with additional counter top eating space. The living room features a gas burning fireplace, a wide-screen TV equipped with VCR and WI-FI, and comfortable seating arrangement that allows guests to take advantage of the majestic mountain views.

The second floor features a large master bedroom suite that opens onto an enclosed sun porch with floor to ceiling windows, with two large closets, and a large private bathroom. The third floor features a large bedroom that opens onto a large sun porch with floor to ceiling windows and two closets. This floor also offers a loft-room that includes a bunk bed arrangement which can sleep 2 or 4 (one large twin; one double; and one large trundle). All bedrooms have their own cable TV.

The Townhome also features an outside patio off the kitchen which when guests can enjoy outdoor picnicking, sunbathing, meditation, but no grilling (grilling is prohibited) . Other amenities are sponsored by the Copper Mountain Resort, there fees are not included in the rental fee, they features (all within walking distance) a fully equipped recreation center, with exercise equipment, basketball and indoor swimming, also a golf course, and of course the Copper Mountain Village restaurants and fun activities.

Sorry no pets are allowed, no smoking, and there is no HOT TUB, or CRIBS.

Copper Mountain Townhouse

This townhouse was great for our family and needs. It was a little further away from center village than prior properties that we have used, but not an issue. Unit was well stocked and exactly as described in the listing. Would stay here again if we are back.

Fantastic views of the Mountain from Center Village

The townhome had views of the mountain from the living area as well as the master suite and the second bedroom upstairs. The walk to the American Flyer and American Eagle lifts was very easy and quick access to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our time there and the enclosed decks off the bedrooms were fantastic. We would surely stay there again..

We had 2 families staying here and it was perfect. Location super convenient easy walk to 2 lifts and center village with restaurants and shopping. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Atypically Large Townhome

We have stayed in this townhome several times and always have a good experience. It has tons of space for everyone to spread out. Not fancy in any way, and definitely could use some updates, but we really appreciate having so much space for our kids to run around.

The host was amazing as we had issues with a cancelled flight! Check in was super easy and the property had beautiful views and quick walk or shuttle to ski! I hope to definitely rent again with my husband and 3 adult children!

Condo is a sort walk to center village and close to several lifts. There was lots of room for our family to spread out and get comfortable and also space or gather together. Television didn’t work very well but we weren’t there to watch tv.

Great Location, Perfect for Our Family of 5

We had a wonderful stay! The house was in a great location, making it easy to access the slopes. It was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for our family of five. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made our stay even more convenient.However, communication with the owner via VRBO website/app was not great—responses were very slow, and we had to call directly to get a hold of them. Additionally, two of the four TVs did not work. The TV in the loft didn’t seem to have internet or antenna access (no feed), and we couldn’t get the TV in the master bedroom to turn on.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but better communication and some minor fixes would make this rental even better.

Older property needs some TLC

Needs some updating and TLC. Half the light bulbs were burned out, 2 of the 3 beds were so hard we were all sore the next day, the listing stated there was a hot tub on property. That’s not the case and it’s clear it’s been gone for a while. We got dressed and went down there and there’s a big concrete slab where it use to be. Super disappointing.

Beware

The condo was fine and met our needs. But beware, we were charged a damage fee for broken glass on the door of the stove. I asked for a photo of the damage that was reported after our stay and have not received it. Since none of us noticed it and none of us broke the glass, I am left to wonder. . . I have learned a lesson – always take a before (as soon as you check in) and after (right before you leave) photos or videos so you have documentation.

Perfect Location

This was our second time staying in Copper. We previously stayed at the East Village, but needed to shuttle to the Center and West Village. So, we knew this time we wante to be at least in the Center Village where food, shopping, and just everything really happens. This was perfect as it was a short walk to both the Center and West Villages. We never had to wait on a bus to bring us all over the village (and parking lots) before getting to our destination. It was comfortable and just a great little spot to be in. Our kids loved being able to run in the back and play. They thorougly enjoyed themselves, as did we. We were never able to find the hot tub, but really, its fine, because I really didn't want to have to walk back wet in the literal freezing weather. We can't wait to stay again.

Copper December 2023

The location is good. We able to walk to the lift. The stairs inside the house is a minor issue.. taking out of breath when you reach the 3rd floor. Parking inside the garage is a plus. We use the Vrbo txt message to communicate property manager couple times and never get response. Did get in touch with her once when I use the phone option. There is no hand soap in the bathroom! Overall I still recommend the place. It is perfect location and clean.

Check the Listing Carefully

I had numerous communications with the owner about some discrepancies. They are unable to understand how to update their VRBO listing which resulted in a tremendous amount of frustration and no offer to try to reconcile my concerns for my trip. The house was overall clean and well-maintained but did have garbage left outside prior to our arrival- something that was a point of emphasis given the area wildlife. The fireplace didn’t work as well. There is absolutely not a hot tub- don’t be deceived by an old listing or the check-in instructions. This was my biggest source of frustration. And be careful when arriving because Apple Maps takes you to the wrong location. Overall the location is nice and the unit, while quite vertical (you will get used to stairs), this is a nice place to relax for a few days.

Needs some updates

I have stayed at this property twice (Feb 2023 and Jan 2022). This trip was with grandparents in their 60's, myself and husband, and 2 younger kids (8 and 5). I wouldn't call this unit Luxurious at all, but it is so convenient to the lifts and is very spacious. It was great to have space for everyone to spread out and for our kids to be loud on the top floor while we were hanging out two floors below. The garage and laundry on the bottom floor is so handy to drop ski gear. Really could take advantage of the space by adding a lot more hooks on that entry level or in the laundry. Unit needed a little attention from my last visit...lots of missing lightbulbs, some cleaning of lampshades and light fixtures, and we were disappointed that the fireplace didn't work. Some bedding could be replaced...sheets in the bunkbed were pilled and rough and need to be tossed. TV remote in the main room was verrry hard to operate and needs to be replaced. Would totally stay here again, but just wish some of those details had a little attention.
