A éviter absolument

Nous avons étaient espionnés tous les jours par les propriétaires qui de plus ont été intrusifs à venir dans la location pour réprimander mes ados à ne pas sauter dans la piscine. C est inadmissible. Attention ils se permettent de vous retenir de l argent supplémentaire pour avoir changé l eau du SPA et de blanchisserie supplémentaire pour un pipi imaginaire. A fuir absolument.

Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire et votre séjour chez nous. Nous souhaitons cependant apporter quelques précisions. Nous ne prélevons que très rarement sur la caution Nous essayons d’être le plus juste possible cependant dans certains cas c’est obligatoire de le faire surtout quand nous avons des frais supplémentaires liés au passage des vacanciers. C’était le cas pour les frais de blanchisserie concernant la literie. Nous avons retenu un forfait pour le pipi qui est tout sauf « imaginaire », pour le ménage et pour le spa. Nous n’étions pas là pour vous espionner mais c’est une résidence de plusieurs logements et on est amené à venir nettoyer les autres logements et à vérifier les piscines (communes). A ce propos, bien heureusement que nous sommes passés, car à force de sauts, le niveau d’eau était descendu bien en dessous du niveau du skimmer, ce qui aurait provoqué la surchauffe de la pompe de filtration (sans eau, cela brûle le moteur) et cela par 2 fois. Les consignes données n'ont pas du tout été respectées. On ne parle pas de vos ados mais des « petits », d’ailleurs qui ne faisaient d’ailleurs pas partie du séjour. Lorsqu’un vacancier réserve pour 4 personnes, cela n’est pas adapté pour 6 ou 7 personnes. Certainement pas de manière permanente et sans autorisation. Les vacanciers d’à côté se sont d'ailleurs plaints du bruit des petits enfants (On ne parle bien sûr pas de vos ados). Le nettoyage du SPA a été beaucoup plus long que prévu (plus de 3H00). Il y avait du sable et de l’herbe à l'intérieur. Les chaises ont été cassées certes elles étaient un peu abîmés mais on n’a pourtant rien dit et rien retenu. Elles ont été remplacées dans les 24 heures. Les vacanciers sont toujours mécontents après une retenue sur caution (bol manquant, spa particulièrement sale, et frais de blanchisserie pour des draps, housses de couette et enveloppe matelas, sans compter que le logement était vraiment trés sale). En vous souhaitant bonne continuation.
