All shops and services in Craponne-sur-Arzon (15 km). Bakery and grocery store in Tiranges 2 km away. The ground floor consists of a living room with fitted kitchen area opening onto a 25 m² terrace, a toilet with washbasin and a living room (TV, pellet stove) fitted out below with a large bay window opening onto a closed terrace (18 m²).

Accessible directly from the outside, a bedroom (1 double bed) is also fitted out on the ground floor and has a private shower room with wc.
