Family Cottage in Riotord with Garden and Playground
Chez Polythe is a gîte in the former barn of the owner's grandparents, Joséphine and Hippolyte.
Restored using local materials, the house has a spacious and friendly volume. One of the 2 bay windows offers an unobstructed view of the Mézenc and Gerbier de Jonc mountains.
Nearby: inn in the village, leisure bases in Lavalette (28 km) and Devesset (30 km), greenway 6 km, Dunières (cycling and tourist train) 14 km. Small shops in Riotord (6 km), all shops and services in Montfaucon-en-Velay (18km). Gourmet restaurants in St-Bonnet-le-Froid (15 km). On the ground floor of the house, you will find the kitchen at the entrance, opening onto a beautiful living room of 40m² with living room, dining room (TV, stove-fireplace). Available: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed), shower room, wc.
Taking this large staircase, you arrive on a footbridge leading to an attic bedroom (3 single beds) and another attic bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Grassed land of 300 m², car park adjoining the gîte, playground with swings, slide, ladders and rings.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath.
Optional services to be paid on site:
- Cleaning service: 60 € (an equivalent deposit will be requested)
- Sheet hire: €8/double bed, €6/single bed.
- Rental of towels: €6/pers.
- A box of wood provided for the stove, then it's 8€/additional box.
