Beautiful 2-room apartment, completely renovated in autumn 2020, with a sleeping alcove for 6 people, 50m², south-facing with a balcony.

The apartment comprises:
- a bedroom with a 160cm double bed
- a sleeping alcove with two single bunk beds
- a living room with a sofa bed and a television
- a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster
- a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and washing machine
- a separate toilet

The advantages of this mountain rental: Private outdoor parking. This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed.

The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Logement très agréable et confortable

Le logement a été rénové très récemment et il est très bien équipé. Nous avons par exemple apprécié le lave-linge, le four et l'appareil à raclette. Par contre, le réfrigérateur est petit. La literie (chambre) est très confortable. L'emplacement à la fois au pied des pistes et près des commerces est très appréciable. C'est juste dommage que les accès de la résidence (à pied) vers le centre de Montgenèvre soit un peu dangereux lorsque la neige gèle car c'est très glissant.
