At the source of the name Carmichael, Carmichael Estate is Scotland's oldest family farming business. We have 10 quality assured self-catering cottages dotted around the peaceful Clan lands amongst the hills and woodland. Situated between Lanark and Biggar, yet only 50 minutes from Glasgow and Edinburgh, we provide an ideal touring base for Central Southern Scotland. Eagle Lodge is our gatehouse adjacent to the A73, and is famous locally for its two magnificent stone Eagles on pillars at the gate. A cosy comfy cottage for 4, 3 star STB rated. Pets welcome
