Quiet and relaxing

Appearance from outside small and hidden. Inside a well thought-out arrangement ideal for 4 people to stay. Very comfortable and cosy.

Cosy getaway

Quiet, cosy cottage in beautiful countryside. Comfortable beds. Lovely log fire. Kitchen well equipped. Would possibly be a little squeezed with 6 (we were 5). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though.

Beautiful area and accommodation

Great little cottage. Small but gorgeous. Would probably be better with 4 adults and 2 children just for the living room/kitchen space. The bedrooms were plenty big enough. The Harburn Estate is lovely to walk around (where not private). The railway didn't bother us at all. Very peaceful.

Quaint gate lodge

This is a quaint cottage in nice surroundings; however, we were disappointed with the mouse problem in the house. The mice climbed up on the furniture and counters and were a daily nuisance.

Relaxing trip to Scotland

A relaxing trip in a well equipped property. A great location for visiting Edinburgh, Glasgow and Loch Lomond. We had a great time and a big shopping outlet place 11 minutes away was also very handy.
