The apartment is composed of a living room with a double bed (140x200), a kitchenette and a desk / dining table. You will also find a bathroom with bathtub and WC as well as two large sliding cupboards.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit (200 €) is always requested on arrival at the premises, and returned (if no problem) after departure. It can be paid by FR check (not cashed), credit card (card imprint).

Long-term stays (over 14 nights):
- Entrance cleaning: 40€, linen et towels: 45€
- Heating charges: electric meter quote upon arrival and departure, payment at normal rate of your consumption from the first day
- Final cleaning is your responsability, you have to leave apartment as clean as it was upon arrival
