CATASTROPHIQUE! A FUIR

Publicité mensongère Les photos ne correspondent absolument pas au logement. Meubles totalement abîmés, moisissures sur les murs extérieurs, pas de mobiliers de jardin, lumières avec fil électrique apparent. La résidence est située en pleine zone industrielle. Nous avons loué la maison pour 10 jours, dès notre arrivé nous avons été surpris par l’état de la maison qui est tout sauf une villa! Nous nous sommes rendus à l’accueil pour exprimer notre déception et volonté d’annuler le séjour dans cette maison. Le responsable « très désagréable » nous a signifié qu’il refuse notre annulation bien que la maison ne corresponde pas aux photos présentées sur le site. Nous avons passé 3 jours au téléphone et par mail avec Abritel et Maeva.com La France du Nord au Sud. Chacun se renvoyait la balle. Abritel s’est déjà fait épingler par la justice pour ses pratiques commerciales trompeuses, Ils ne vérifient pas les annonces et lorsqu’on les sollicite ils se dédouanent en disant qu’ils ne sont qu’un simple propriétaire d’une plateforme en ligne dans laquelle des annonceurs et propriétaires diffusent leurs annonces de location de biens. Après 3 jours de bataille, Maeva.com a accepté l’annulation mais n’a pas remboursé les deux jours passés à contre cœur dans cette maison. Nous avons étés remboursés pour les jours non consommés Nous avons dû trouver un hébergement de remplacement par nos soins en urgence en plein mois d’août. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un T1 à 4 car plus de log

Résidence dans un état déplorable. Nécessite un état des lieux urgent pour vous rendre compte. Beaucoup trop vétuste pour la location. Pour 6 personnes : 4 assiettes, pas de bol, pas de saladier pas de four, pas de grille pain ... la liste est trop longue au niveau de l'aménagement de la cuisine. Pas de rideau, pas d'abat jour dans le salon, pas de lampes de chevet et cerise sur le gateau : pas d'eau chaude. Nous sommes arrivé tard, donc pas d'eau chaude ni le soir ni le matin. Et nous avons quitté les lieux à 19h30 sans vérifier si l'eau chaude était revenue. C'est la 1ère fois que je laisse un avis mais là cela le mérite. Odeur, propreté : Zéro. A besoin d'être repris en main, au moins pour cette résidence : la 535. La personne de l'accueil est très compréhensive mais ne peut pas faire de miracle.
