Old farmhouse completely renovated with wood stove, exposed beams and half-timbering, facing the Loire and Passeurs de Loire (typical boat trips), with St Benoit sur Loire, Germigny and its Carolingian Oratory, Sully-sur-Loire; at the gates of Sologne and the Loire castles. Shared heated swimming pool open in fine weather from June to September, tennis, barbecue. Comfort assured with heated and cooling floors on both levels.
