In the heart of the historic centre of Annecy, in a secure old building, a 50 square meter character apartment

Apartment with a lot of charm.
Recently repainted with regular improvements and rigorous monitoring, it will delight your stay.
With its southern exposure its vast living room is bathed in light all day.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
A 180° view of the famous canal and its listed monuments.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.

Many parking spaces are located between 150 and 300m.
All the shops necessary for your stay are at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.

This apartment has an alcove with a double bed of 160 cm (King Size).
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Linen is provided for your stay.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
The historic centre of Annecy is the favourite spot for travellers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas.
There are many restaurants, cafés and beaches nearby.

To access the apartment:
The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
By car: 40min Genève Aéroport - Annecy

🅿️ The nearest parking lot is the City Hall parking lot located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

This apartment is in the centre of Annecy and has the most wonderful views of the canals and mountains. The area is bustling with tourists and has a fantastic atmosphere. We loved the quirky apartment but some things could be improved (e.g., the blind in the bathroom was broken when we arrived). But we couldn’t fault the support from the management team and had a wonderful experience overall.

We recently stayed here and while the location was great—right in the heart of Annecy with great views—the apartment itself left a bit to be desired.What workedLocation: Unbeatable for exploring Annecy on foot. Right next to the Palais de l’Île and canal. Right outside the building door were great shops and the pedestrian streets. Views: Great views from the windows, which made mornings and evenings especially lovely. The petite balcony wasn't deep enough to be practical, but having the french doors swung open into the unit allowed for you to position chairs and look outside. What didn’tCleanliness & atmosphere: The space felt musty and not freshly cleaned. It had the feel of a place that hasn’t been aired out or refreshed in a while. Going in before our stay and opening the windows and doing a quick run-through would have made a big difference. Cob webs along the balcony rail easily could have been broom-cleaned, for instance.Interior & furnishings: Aesthetically disjointed, with tired, mismatched furniture. Nothing truly comfortable to sit or relax on.Comfort: Hard to find a place to sit —furniture and overall design wasn't practical. Communication: Minimal to no host interaction. We received only a generic email with check-in info, but nothing personalized or welcoming—no check-in to see how things were going, no human connection at all. It felt transactional, not hosted.

WOW Annecy and this great apartment!!

What a perfect location for touring this beautiful city! The apartment is situated right alongside the iconic Palais de l’Isle and close to all must-see sights, lovely back streets expansive waterfront and endless dining options. The apartment is roomy, comfortable, well appointed and has a wonderful balcony over the Thiou River. Everything was handled efficiently by the property managers…we have no complaints!!

Séjour mémorable!

Petit studio parfait pour séjourner à Annecy en amoureux. Beaucoup de cachet. Nous avons adoré!!! C’est un de nos plus beaux voyages, et cet appartement y a contribué grandement.Par contre, en été, avec toute les portes et fenêtres ouvertes sur les terrasses…cela doit être assez bruyant, mais oh combien charmant tout de même. Et je ne conseille pas a une famille avec des enfants.

The only thing I can say here, is that when we arrived the unit was extremely cold. The heat on a couple units wasn't working. However, they responded to our concern right away and did their best to mitigate the issue. The next day, they brought in someone to have a look at the heating system, and even brought extra heaters. So well done!

Just wonderful!

My wife and I stayed for a week in September and we could not speak highly enough of this delightful apartment. It is exactly as you would imagine from the pictures on the listing, it is an easy walk to everything in the center of Annecy and I could sit on the balcony overlooking the water and the people for another whole week!

Wonderful place

Fantastic!

This is a very interesting apartment with an incredible view of the canal. We especially enjoyed the balcony. It’s a very unique space with a comfortable bed and full kitchen. When you book you have to pay through their separate website which seems unusual but it all worked out. Great in every way!

Perfect Location Spectacular Views!

We thought we were in a dream or a movie as we sat people watching on the balcony looking down at the canal adorned with flowers and beyond to the lake and mountains. Each day had it's own spectacular views and at night we enjoyed the lights. The location was perfect, permitting us to walk out the door into the heart of the Old Town Center of Annecy. The apartment is charming and has every amenity for cooking meals, washing clothes, and even a dish washer. The weather was quite warm during our late August stay. We lowered the blinds during the day to block the sun, and at night we opened the balcony doors to allow air flow. For us the laughter and conversations from the restaurants and bars below and occasional quack from the ducks in the canal were enjoyable and lulled us to sleep.

Summer vacation, only one operable fan, noisy, very very hot, zero help. ☹️

We were on a two week trip of France, booked two nights in Annecy. When we opened the door the apartment was well over 30C, two fans in the apartment but only one that worked and barely. Both fans, dusty and gross. When we opened the window, the noise from the bar/restaurant below was as unbearable as the heat. We called the manager to request a refund and booked a hotel nearby, the heat within the apartment was not safe. In addition to the heat, the apartment felt worn out, the rug was frayed, there was mold in the entry hallway, missing tiles and duct tape around a railing. I was a VRBO host for about three years and I know what to expect. If someone was as uncomfortable as we were, and didn’t stay, I would have returned their money to avoid any unpleasantness. I’m equally disappointed in VRBO for spending about two hour and multiple dropped calls to basically get zero help. If you want quiet, comfort and rest, don’t stay here.

The location is amazing - the balcony is a great place to sit and gaze at the views, and watch Annecy pass by. Special mention to the nearby Haven cafe for breakfast - booking advised! Beer o’clock is one of many very pleasant places to relax with a drink - the markets are worth a look and the clean up after them is impressive! The lake water is as clean as the photos suggest - all in all this is a place and an apartment that will give you a great holiday!

Quirky and quaint property in a superb location for exploring beautiful Annecy. Old spiral staircase proved challenging as my wife has mobility issues. Property would be ideal for younger people Initial property location was straight forward and we were allowed early access, although locating specific apartment in property was not straight forward Telephone contact was useful and very helpful. Overall the location and access to the old city made our stay a highlight of our 3 week French road trip

There were so many elements ... to meantion just a few, difficult door locks system on entry, filty door, missing cupboard door handle, damaged eating counter edge damaged my 500$ sweater (pictures avaliable), threads hanging from carpets a tripping hazard, step down into tub shower area is dangerous with no grab handles to support yourself, no hair conditioner, hand soap or wash cloth for your face, no bottled water. Information book did not have correct passwords, it needs to be update. It would have been kind for host to provide coffee for the 1st morning. Filthy hallways, with mold growing up the side of the main hallway walls. Lose tiles in hallway, very dangerous. Instructions for the apartment door lock did not mentioned there were 3 locks. This unit has a great view, but does not provide value for money. We validated that hotels in the area with the same view are clean and well kept at a lower price point.

Séjour en famille à Annecy

L'appartement s'apparente plus à un studio que un T1, la séparation entre la "chambre" et la pièce à vitre s'effectue par un rideau donc ce n'est pas très adapté lorsque vous avez un enfant qui effectue des siestes. De manière plus générale l'appartement n'est pas adapté à un enfant en bas âge à cause de certaines prises ou les fils sont voyants. La literie est de qualité moyenne avec un sommier de piètre qualité. C'est un logement qui est parfait en couple ou avec des amis, l'emplacement est idéal et la vue magnifique.
