Très bon accueil, Madame Renard est très sympathique et accorde une grande confiance à ses locataires. Location très confortable, idéalement située à l'orée d'un parc, dans un environnement très calme, à proximité d'une belle plage accessible à pied en moins de 10 min. Je recommande cet appartement, très bien équipé, literie neuve et confortable. Les repas peuvent être pris sur le balcon, face au parc boisé. Immeuble très bien insonorisé Ascenseur et parking très appréciables. Petit centre commercial à proximité.(boulangerie, pharmacie, marché) Présence d'un gardien dans l'immeuble, très accueillant également. Lignes de bus pour rejoindre le centre ville de Royan et bien au-delà. Je recommande cettte location pour l'ensemble des services cités. C'est excellent.

Bel appartement idéalement situé tout près des commerces et de la plage. Deux semaines très appréciées dans une résidence bien entretenue. Le confort, la propreté et le calme sont au RV. Les équipement sont de qualité. La propriétaire est charmante. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé et avec des espaces bien définis : chambre, salle de bains, cuisine, salon- salle à manger ainsi qu'un large balcon fleuri. Celui-ci est dans un quartier arboré, calme comprenant un marché ouvert tous les jours de l'été. Le quartier du parc est l'un des plus beaux de Royan et pour conclure l'appartement se trouve à 5 minutes de la plage du Lido.
