In La Tranche sur Mer, In the hyper city center of La Grière, pretty renovated house of approximately 55m² for 4 people comprising a living room - lounge - a fitted and equipped kitchen - . A bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine, a separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and a second bedroom 1 bed 140. Outside, terrace furnished with garden furniture, a few steps lead to a second terrace not overlooked. car space outside, not private.
Equipment: fridge-freezer, 1 induction hob with fixed hood, dishwasher, electric combi oven - microwave with a hotplate for pizza, croissants ... vacuum cleaner, electric coffee maker, kettle, television. 200m from shops, 400m from the beach and 2.5km from the city center of La Tranche. Pets not allowed. end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. End of stay cleaning option on reservation 70€. Sheets and household linen not provided. Paid option on reservation. Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season.

La maison est très propre et la literie est bonne. La situation de cette petite maison offre une proximité avec les commerces et les plages mais ne correspond pas au calme que l 'on pourrait souhaiter pour les vacances . Environnement bruyant Nous avons trouvé que les prestations n 'étaient pas à la hauteur du prix. La deuxième chambre n 'a pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvre, les fauteuils de salon sur les photos étaient remplacés par des fauteuils de jardin très inconfortables. Aucun produit ménager à disposition. Pas de barbecue.

Maison très bien équipée (il manque juste un canapé) et bien entretenue, avec 2 terrasses agréables,mais environnement bruyant en journée car maison située très près de la route et d'un carrefour. Commerces de proximité et plages accessibles en quelques minutes à pied.

Jolie maison agréable

Maison pour 4 personnes, bonne grandeur, dommage que l'aménagement soit pensé pour 2 couples (2 chambres avec lit 140), et Pas de canapé lit dans le salon en plus , on a dû prévoir un matelas gonflable, car nos enfants de 22 et 17 ans fille et garçon ne pouvaient pas dormir ensemble. Rue très passante et donc bruyante, avec la chaleur impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte. Literies de bonne qualité, cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, terrasse sympathique. Prévoir des produits ménagers et des épices, il n' y a que de la vaisselle dans les placards. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable séjour malgré les petits détails que j'ai cité. ensemble pas de

Pas loin des plages et commerces nous avons passé d'agréables vacances où nous avons pu visiter tous les petits villages aux alentours, notre location était parfaite mais on aurait aimé de bons fauteuils ou canapé pour mieux se détendre
