Bel espace belle vue

Excellente semaine passée en famille dans cet appartement un peu vieillot mais chaleureux et spacieux. Et quelle vue - des moments farniente dans un transat face a la mer qui font du bien !

Trùs belle vue de l’appartement !

Appartement avec une dĂ©coration des annĂ©es 60 un peu vieillotte mais confortable et propre! Les gros inconvĂ©nients sont la vĂ©tustĂ© des vitrages qui n’isolent ni du bruit ni de la chaleur et l’absence de volets. Hors saison c’est acceptable mais en juillet ou aoĂ»t ça doit ĂȘtre bien plus embĂȘtant avec les restaurants qui sont en bas 
 L’autre problĂšme c’est l’eau qui ne s’écoule pas sur le balcon et donc aprĂšs la pluie il est inutilisable
 Mais la vue du balcon est imprenable!
 Un bon sĂ©jour malgrĂ© tout avec des bouchons d’oreilles et un loup pour dormir!

TrĂšs bel appartement mais mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique

TrĂšs bel appartement prĂšs de la plage. Malheureusement les menuiseries extĂ©rieures sont trop anciennes et n’isolent pas du bruit extĂ©rieur et de la chaleur. L’électricitĂ© devrait ĂȘtre refaite Ă©galement car elle n’est plus aux normes. Immeuble bien entretenu. Dommage qu’il y ait un peu trop de bruit de l’extĂ©rieur qui parviennent clairement dans l’appartement du fait de l’anciennetĂ© des fenĂȘtres. Travaux du port de plaisance juste devant l’immeuble et rue trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©e par des vĂ©hicules.
