This large studio of almost 50m² with sea view, for 4 persons, is located on the first floor, door n°42 of the residence "Les Sables d'Or".

It includes :
- Entry with bed of 90cm large,
- Living room with bed f 140cm large, sofa bed for 2 persons and TV,
- Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, cooking plate, electric oven),
- Bathroom with toilets and washing machine.

Loggia with sea view and garden furniture.
Parking n°11 on the residence. WIFI
Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days). Beds with blankets.

Electric and water usage in extra charge (30€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
