This pleasant studio with sea view and mezzanine of almost 35m², for 4 persons is located onthe second floor, door n°17 of the residence "Adal d'Arvor".

It includes :
- Living room with TV and sofa bed (140cm),
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher),
- Bathroom with toilets,

Upstairs :
- Two beds of 90cm large,

Two balconies with sea view. Parking free on the residence.
Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days).

Electric and water usage in extra charge (35€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 70€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
