This pleasant studio with sea view of almost 35m² for 3 persons is located on the second floor, door n°84 of the residence "Les 3 Iles" beside the thalassotherapy center, and at only 20 meters of the first beach.

It includes :
- Entry with storage,
- Living room with TV, folding bed of 140cm large and individual bed of 90cm large,
- Equipped and open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, cooking plates, oven),
- Bathroom with toilets,

Balcony with sea view, south exposition and garden furniture.
Parking free in the residence.
Animals allowed with extra charge (5/days).

Electric and water usage in extra charge (30€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 70€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
