Lovely house in new development

House is very comfortable, incredibly well equipped and easy to live in. Garden and property very secure. It is on the edge of a new development on a hill above the town. There was some noise from building and landscaping work in various areas of the development during our stay in March but this was not a problem when inside the house. Pont L’abbe is a nice town and has easy access to visit other nearby towns and beaches.

Das Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Praktisch, dass Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden sind, so kann man die Strandsachen zwischendurch kurz durchwaschen. Es liegen viele schöne StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he, Wanderwege starten nahe am Haus. Das GrundstĂŒck ist eingezĂ€unt und damit ideal fĂŒr Reisende mit Hund.

Parfaitement situé, parfaitement équipé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos deux semaines à Pont l'abbé. La maison était super bien aménagée pour quatre personnes et un chien, et elle était équipée de tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer des vacances parfaites. Nous n'avons pas du tout eu besoin de la chambre supplémentaire avec deux autres lits. Le jardin clÎturé a été immédiatement déclaré refuge par notre chien. Le piano dans le salon a surtout été apprécié par notre fils. Dans la cuisine et autour du barbecue, nous avons préparé l'un ou l'autre plat - avec de superbes ingrédients régionaux. Pont l'abbé est un endroit formidable avec de nombreuses possibilités et quelques supers restaurants. Mais c'est aussi un bon point de départ pour passer de merveilleuses journées à la plage ou pour faire des excursions dans la région. Nous sommes tombés spontanément amoureux et reviendrons certainement!

AprÚs un accueil trÚs chaleureux, nous avons profité d'une villa au top , spacieuse , lumineuse , totalement équipée, avec de trÚs belles surfaces. 2 superbes salles de bains. Un beau jardin clÎturé, un lieu proche du centre ville et des plages , et surtout au calme. Une excellente semaine. A recommander. Super Urlaub

Das Haus ist super gelegen und und war mit allem ausgestattet, wovon man trĂ€umen kann. Viele verschiedene schöne StrĂ€nde sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben das Haus zu zweit fĂŒr eine Woche bewohnt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist auch problemlos mit 8 Personrn zu bewohnen. Schlafplatz, Besteck, Teller, usw. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation mit Maryse lief vollkommen problemlos in einem freundschaftlichen VerhĂ€ltnis ab. Jederzeit wieder!
