​A tropical entertaining oasis, this fully renovated 922 sq. ft., 2 Bedroom Lanai Bungalow features a 625 sq. ft. private lanai with a built-in KitchenAid BBQ, dining level fire pit and verdant foliage. Opening to a spacious private courtyard, the living room and master bedroom of the first floor lanai bungalow open to the expansive private courtyard. The kitchen, with quartz counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher invite easy meal preparation. The spacious living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa, the master suite features a king size pillow-top bed, and the guest bedroom has either two twin beds or a unique twin over queen bunk bed. The master bathroom boasts a new Carrara marble double vanity and a glass shower with monsoon rainhead. A convenient, full guest bath has been thoughtfully included. The energy efficient air conditioner and ceiling fans keep guests comfortable, while a 55” LED Alexa installed smart TV, cable television, Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, charging ports and telephones keep them connected.
