Charming new T3, all comforts, of 64m2 located on the heights of Porticcio in a recent and private residence, facing south-west.

2 bedrooms with 2 double beds 160x200 and 140x190 with quality French bedding, storage.

A living room with 4-seater sofa, convertible, table, TV stand, dining room for 6 people, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle and all utensils for good cooking.
Air conditioning in the main room and bedrooms.
Wifi included (fibre)
Bathroom with large shower, a sink. Separate toilet.

Large semi-covered terrace of 27 m2 with outdoor furniture. (lounge, deckchairs, table and 6 chairs, plancha, parasol)

Linen provided: sheets, towels and tea towels.
Possibility to rent beach towels (foutas) at the price of 4€/person/stay.
Cleaning included except kitchen area per stay.
Free parking in the residence.
Non-smoking accommodation and pets are not allowed.
Additional service on request (childcare equipment, airport transport,...)

SUPERBE SEMAINE A PORTICCIO

Je tien a remercier les propriétaires de ce bel appartement où nous avons passe une semaine en famille comme ci nous étions à la maison. L' app. est spacieux et bien équipe pour se ressourcer au calme, une belle terrasse pour les petits déjeuners qu'on adore et avec un décor sobre et moderne.Nous avons explorer les belles plages et villages de cette jolie CORSE et je conseille vivement ce logement.

Revenir en Corse ... toujours. Etre comme chez soi dans un appartement spacieux, bien agencé avec une tres grande terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur. Tres bel accompagnement de la part de nos hôtes

Vallons du Forte

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Apartment von Delphine und Christoph. Die Kommunikation vorweg und auch zwischendurch war einfach und der Concierge war immer pünktlich zur Stelle. Das Apartment läßt keine Wünsche offen, es ist mit allem ausgestattet und die große Terrasse ist perfekt. Es gibt einige tolle Strände in der Nähe und zum Wandern in den Bergen hat man es auch nicht weit. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Très bon séjour en famille dans un appartement spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Grande terrasse bien aménagée. Bonne situation et environnement calme. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire ainsi qu'avec Lionel de la conciergerie. Location à recommander.

Super appartement propre fonctionnel

Appartement très agréable possibilité 6 couchages belle terrasse. Le propriétaire très gentil et très a l écoute. Résidence tranquille un petit peu loin à pied du centre mais ça va .
