Week near the perfect beach

Great place, apartment itself is basic, but huge terrace is a gem. Breathing view. Car is a must. We enjoyed this place a lot and it was sad to leave this place.

Très belle maison et terrasse extérieure !

Beau sejour passé dans cette grande villa situé dans les hauteurs face à la plage Verghia (10 min à pieds). Accueil impeccable, tout était propre et bien entretenu. Merci aux hôtes de nous avoir permis de passer un très bon séjour !

"La posizione della casa è molto bella ed è molto tranquilla. Purtroppo l''arredamento e tutto quello che concerne la casa NON è all''altezza del prezzo richiesto. L''ambiente è stato ricavato da una cantina la casa è disposta su tre piani noi eravamo nel piano più basso Ci siamo dovuti adattare ( a nostro malgrado ) alla situazione. "

mr M. dit que la maison est sur 3 niveau est qu'il se trouvait à l'étage inférieur : il est bien spécifié dans l 'annonce que la location est au RDC Il dit aussi que l'emplacement est calme et bien située, mais que le mobilier n 'est pas à son gout je ne sais pas au juste ce qui ne lui plait pas ; il y a un living en merisier avec la table assortie, la literie est neuve (1 an) c'est trés important et tout est conforme aux photos, tout ce qui concerne le matériel de cuisine est present et descrit dans l'annonce, il y a meme un cuit vapeur.Il était seul dans la villa, il y a séjourné durant les 2 derniéres semaines du mois d'aout pour 2500 euros Ce prix est trés correct car à cette période de l'année, pour 8 personnes, à 500 metres de la plage, à verghia je pense qu avec 2500 euros il n'aurait pu louer qu'une semaine P. jean-pierre
