This beautiful luxury cabin, completed in 2020, is packed with amenities and offers the perfect escape from the crowds. Enjoy the game room, soak in the hot tub, relax around the fire pit, or take an exciting ride down the zip line. Nestled among the tall pines of Hochatown, the cabin is in the Timbercreek Trails addition, just minutes from the heart of Beaver's Bend. The Good Stuff has everything you need to create wonderful memories on your next family getaway.

The Good Stuff features two bedrooms with king beds, a bunk room, two and a 1/2 baths and multiple spacious decks to kick back and relax on. The large front porch invites you to sit and relax, while the wrap around back deck with grill, bar, TV, outdoor fireplace and hot tub is the perfect place to spend the evening. From the back deck you can walk down to the fire pit, zipline, and playground. We invite you to watch the sunset from the upstairs deck - the views are amazing.

The kids can enjoy themselves in the upstairs game room featuring tall, vaulted ceilings with a vintage arcade game with 60 different games, an air hockey game and a foosball game. The grown-ups may not be able to resist a game or two either! Also upstairs in the game room is a TV to enjoy the latest sports event or a movie.

The Good Stuff keeps it luxury style with its grand entrance, beautiful staircase and open floor plan that can easily accommodate your family. We want you to soak up the peaceful atmosphere and make many wonderful family memories during your stay.

Rest assured the cabin, and hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

A starter supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soap is provided. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, and towels and linens have been provided for your stay.

Beds: two king beds, bunk room for four and two queen pull-out sleeper sofas

The cabin sleeps a max of 8 adults, and a total of 12 guests.

Bedding for the sleeper sofas is in the ottoman bench in the downstairs master bedroom and in the upstairs bathroom closet.

Gas Log Fireplaces with easy turn on inside the cabin and on the back deck. The fireplaces are seasonal.

A propane BBQ Grill is on the back deck. Propane is provided.

Free Wi-Fi and Cable is included with the rental; however, Wi-Fi cannot be guaranteed. Guests are welcome to use their personal streaming services such as Netflix. Guests will need to login on the downstairs living room TV first for it to work properly.

Check-in is at 4 pm; Check Out is at 11 am.

No Pets. Failure to comply with the no pet's policy will result in an additional charge of $200 per rental night and eviction without refund. Service animals MUST be registered PRIOR to arrival with proof of certification.

No Smoking (or vaping) inside the cabin. Failure to comply with the no smoking policy will result in an additional charge of $200 per rental night and eviction without refund.

We had such a nice stay at The Good Stuff. From the start of booking, the owner was great with communicating. We had 4 adults and a gaggle of kids, all of whom had a great time! The layout of the cabin was perfect for our group. The kids and adults all enjoyed the zipline, the cabin, and the outdoor space!

Beautiful place with lots to do. The only thing we were missing was smart TVS in the bedrooms and drapes that close to keep the light out. The kids enjoyed the zip line, hot tub, and the games, so they had a lot to keep busy even when it rained.

Easy to follow instructions for hot tubs, HVAC system!Fully equipped kitchen - tongs, BBQ equipment, plates, cups, etc! If I could give this more than five stars I would. This cabin was amazing and had so much to do for everybody to stay occupied. The kids absolutely loved the zip line and so did the adults! Highly recommend for large families, we definitely will be coming back!

Great family cabin for a fall getaway!

The new cabin was absolutely beautiful and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Host was great to work with and very responsive. The cabin was perfect for our 6 adults and 4 children getaway. So many activities in the cabin, we didn’t even hardly leave. I would come back to this cabin yearly!

This home provides everything one could need, starting with an extensive collection of kitchen supplies. The inclusion of marshmallow roasting sticks was a thoughtful touch. I will be purchasing some for future use. The playground, zip line, and bonfire were a highlight for my grandchildren. The hot tub was an added luxury. The house was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, and offered sufficient beds for our entire party. A range of activities catered to both adults and children. To ensure a smooth checkout, it is advisable to factor in an additional hour due to potential traffic. Our experience was truly exceptional, and we will be back.

Bigger than expected

The pictures truly do not show how much bigger the property is in actuality! We had very small issues that were quickly fixed and just more mechanical that we couldn’t figure out. If you have not been to Broken Bow/Hochatown like us and expect any food other than fried/deep fried food than you will be disappointed! However the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware etc that cooking at “home” is very easy! Also, if you are looking for a breakfast place after 1030 good luck! We were not successful. Highly recommend exploring the wooded area and checking out the creek. If you are an active person, waking the neighborhood is a beautiful and fun challenge. Property manager was so helpful and responded immediately. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again!

Book it! House was perfect for our needs and our spring break to Hochatown. Mark was always very prompt with communications. The kids loved the zipline (pics). There is a trail cam on the tree at the end of it so make sure those on it behave! I couldn't get the AC to work the first night, but figured out the thermostat upstairs had to be set to COOL also for the ground floor to turn on as well...it was late and didn't want to wake Mark up. The hot tub was 106 when we got there, too hot for the kids, and I turned it down to 98 and left the cover off for a few hours to cool it down, but it always seemed to stay around 104 regardless of temp setting. We had it on ECO mode per the instructions, but was enjoyable nonetheless. There were no hot tub chemicals that we could find to treat the water and I don't believe that it is drained and filled after every stay...it would take far too long to drain, fill and get up to temp in the 4-5 hours from check-out to check-in. The beds were comfy and offered a great night sleep. The only suggestions I would offer would be to label the many switches in the house, make sure there is a spare propane cylinder for grilling (even though we didn't run out), offer more than 1 laundry pod, perhaps throw up a hammock between the 2 pines in front of the swing set (the breeze would make for a great quick nap) and a 5 gal bucket to fill to put out the bonfires for safety (lots of pine needles). Overall fantastic stay for our family. Thanks!
