Furnished seasonal rental on the first floor located 200 from the sea, and therefore from the beach - with a surface area of 40 M2 - including a dining room with table and 4 chairs - television - wifi internet - a lounge area with a sofa bed - a kitchen area with a worktop area and 2 bar stools for dining optionally, a multifunction oven, a refrigerator (The large appliances are new.) A bedroom with 1 king size bed of 180 (separable into two beds of 90 on request). A bathroom with shower - Separate toilet room. Washing machine and cleaning equipment. <br>Outside, below, a space with garden furniture.<br>Parking space <br>

Un séjour réussi

Gîte agréable, confortable, bien situé pour qui veut profiter de la plage , des marches , du vélo, pas très loin du bourg. Hôtes accueillants.
