Old house entirely renovated of 100 m2 to which are added outbuildings of 25 m2, ideal for family holidays (8 pers - max 10 summer + baby), close to the beach of Boisvinet and the school sailing, and close to the city center, it offers you on a plot of 250 m2:
-on the ground floor: double living room, kitchen, bathroom, wc,
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with bed 140 + cot, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 90,
- in the outbuildings of summer: a room with bed of 140, 1 room of water with shower and toilet, a done up summer kitchen giving on the terrace, a garage with bicycles and toilets,
- a raised terrace directed S O with barbecue and living room of garden.

Equipment and services: You will find all the necessary household equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, various robots both in the house and in the outbuildings
Leisure activities include board and beach games, books and a TV and DVD player.

Moreover, the beds are made upon your arrival and we put at your disposal, all the linen necessary for your stay (towels and tea towels)

Cleaning at the end of the stay can be provided by us, for a fee of 80 euros.

Minimum stay of one week during school holidays and out of school holidays 2 nights minimum or 3 if bridges.

Discounts are applied in relation to the night rate, if the duration of your stay is greater than 2 nights, 20% for 3 nights, 35% for 4 nights, 45% for 5 nights, 50% from 6 nights.
Reduction also for 3 weeks and more.

A deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival.
