Welcome to the warmth & comfort of this pet-friendly, single-story home in Plano, TX. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully furnished, extensively provisioned and all utilities are included in the monthly lease. It's nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. There's an extensive greenbelt with walking trails nearby and combined with the large, fenced backyard, the home is great for dog(s). Access to highways (75, 121, Bush) for commuting to Plano (Legacy West), Allen and Richardson. Award-winning Plano schools district. Grocery stores and shopping within 5 minute drive.

Pet Friendly - Dogs Welcome:
Big or small. The house is ideal with a large, fenced backyard and miles of walking trails nearby. Please send me a message prior to booking to discuss and provide details (I may accept more than 2 dogs). If approved, an additional pet agreement and non-refundable pet fee is required.

Supplemental Lease Required:
I exclusively provide stays for 30 nights and longer. As such, a supplemental lease agreement is required to be signed along with this VRBO booking.
