ST GERVAIS LES BAINS, Magnificent family apartment of 100m², type 4 bis, sleeps 12, with a view of the Aravis and the Fiz. Located 15 minutes from MEGEVE and 20 minutes from CHAMONIX. Warm living room. Very calm environment.

It consists of a living room with fully equipped US kitchen, a first bedroom including 1 double bed + 2 single bunk beds with shower room and WC, a second bedroom including 1 double bed + 2 single bunk beds with bathroom. water, a third bedroom with 2 double bunk beds, a cabin bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, as well as a bathroom and separate WC. Underfloor heating.

Access Saint GERVAIS and BETTEX 1,5km, 3min by car 15min on foot. Come and enjoy the calm and the pure air. Easy access to the thermal baths of ST GERVAIS.

I recently stayed in Saint Gervais with a group of 11 guests (2 families with teens), and it was a fantastic experience. The space was more than ample for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes and all the essentials we needed for our stay. The decoration throughout the condo was charming and added a cozy touch to our holiday. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the valley, which we enjoyed every day from the outdoor terrace. It was the perfect spot for our meals, allowing us to dine while taking in the beautiful scenery. Highly recommended for large groups looking for a spacious and well-appointed place to stay in Saint Gervais!

Schöne saubere Unterkunft

Die Aussicht am Frühstückstisch hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue fasziniert. Wir waren zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat drei Bäder. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hatte mehr als genügend Gläser, Tassen Besteck und vieles, vieles mehr. Fondue und Raclette Geräte waren auch vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird gestellt vom Vermieter. Die Lage ist zentral. Zum Skifahren ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Auch große Supermärkte sind max. 15 Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort. Außerdem Fondue und Raclette Geräte..

Schone woning en geweldig uitzicht!

Het huis is erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vanaf het huis een prachtig uitzicht! De weg naar het huis is erg stijl en soms een uitdaging als je niet gewend bent om zulke wegen te rijden.

Ski à St Gervais Les Bains

L'appartment est magnifique. Tres bien rénové, agréable et bien situé hors de la petite ville. La cuisine st bien équipée ( ustensiles mais aussi produits de base comme sel, huile, sucre etc). 1 chambre n 'as pas de fenêtre vers l'extérieur donc ne pas mettre 2 adultes ds cette chambre. Sinon génial
