This charming 2-room apartment of 42 m2 is located on the 1st floor of a modern residence. In the heart of the pine forest, you will be lulled by the song of birds and the light filtering through the pine trees.
in a quiet neighborhood of the village of Lège, you will be a few kilometers from the Grand Crohot beach and at the entrance of the Cap Ferret peninsula.

The apartment consists of:

a fully equipped kitchen is available (filter coffee maker and senseo)
a room with a 160x200 bed and a Bz sofa bed in 90x190
a lovely covered balcony terrace of 10 m2 facing East to enjoy your breakfasts and aperitifs thanks to the dining table and lounge area
a bathroom with enclosed toilet

It is accessible by a staircase (no elevator).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a combined oven, a refrigerator freezer, a 2-burner induction hob, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine, a Senseo coffee maker and filter, and all the necessary dishes.

In July and August, we welcome you every day except Saturday.
Animals are welcome, but access to the sofa and beds is prohibited, and the accommodation must be cleared of hair and droppings before your departure.
It is forbidden to organize a party in this accommodation, the residence is quiet and must remain so.

Deposit to be paid by bank card: you will receive an email in the week preceding your arrival. The deposit will not be debited.


The Lege-Cap-Ferret peninsula is full of little pieces of paradise, starting with its 10 villages spread out along the peninsula.
Frédhélian, at Hortense's, the Mimbeau, the tchanquées cabins, Jane de Boy, the Arguin bank, the horse point are names that evoke vacations, sun, relaxation? When coming to Cap Ferret, they will no longer be a secret to you.
You will be able to walk through the streets of Cap-Ferret, enjoy nature, walk or swim on the basin side as well as the Atlantic side, do your shopping... without taking your car, stroll through the famous Cap Ferret market.
Let's not forget the multiple oyster ports offered by the peninsula and the entire Basin, all different but all charming. You cannot leave without strolling through the narrow streets of each port, without tasting the oysters from the basin in the tasting cabins, without discovering the profession of our sea farmers, without climbing the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
By bike, you will access the multiple beaches of the ocean thanks to the vast network of bicycle paths.
Thanks to the boat shuttle or the multiple taxi boats, you can easily get to Arcachon to climb the famous Pilat Dune, visit the winter city, or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset from the Coorniche terrace.
Not far from here are also the castles of Médoc, the great Bordeaux vineyards, the splendid city of Bordeaux and all the hidden treasures of this beautiful region.

You enjoy local markets, here is the list of markets in the surrounding area:
Cap Ferret Market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September, then on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays for the rest of the year
Piraillan Market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September
Arès Market: every Tuesday morning
Andernos Market: every Friday morning outdoors and covered market (open depending on the season)
Lège Bourg Market: every Saturday morning.

You can do your shopping in the convenience stores of the Presqu'île: the small Casino store or go to the Super U in Claouey. You will also find a Leclerc shopping center in Arès.

Sun or rain, hot or cold, high tide or low tide, as a couple or with family... you will always find something to do on the Basin... and you will always want to come back!
